I requested service via Yelp, the response without conversation was that they were suspicious of me as my name did not show up on their search, just my daughters. I lost my keys out at Boca Reservoir while my landlord happened to be out of town with the spare keys for the week (just my luck). Seeing as I have animals and cannot wait multiple days to access my apartment, I contacted 775-LOCKS to obtain an estimate and was pleased with the timely responses I received back from the owner Carl. I was a bit wishy washy with selecting a time for him to come that would work for me before closing hours and made a pretty last minute final call to have him come out unsure whether I had missed the opportunity and was relieved when he made it out in less than 20 minutes. I want to thank Carl for coming out on a Saturday after I could not get into my house and the garage door would not open. I called about 4 locksmiths before calling 775-locks. When he arrived, he was very pleasant. He made certain that he understood the various lock issues with which I needed help. On the front door, not only did he rekey the door as I had asked, but also fixed the "throw" so that the cylinder turned properly. I had forgotten that I needed a new door handle on a door.
