06/27/26 Saturday Dropped by around 2:45 PM for a mobile app order pick up. Got a Japanese matcha latte, less sweet, less ice with crystal boba and aloe. It was extra sweet (I know I didn't order wrong because the label said "easy sweet") and there were undissolved sugar crystals at the bottom. Normally their drinks are on point and very consistent so I'm only taking away one star. 7 Leaves has been my go-to milk tea and coffee shop for a while so I hope it's just because it's been busy with the NEW APP promotion. Solid spot if your party wants both milktea and coffee. Their drinks are solid. Coffee, milk tea, fruit tea, topping or no topping, so far their stuff is good. It's my first time at this location but not first 7leaves. We like that they have drive thru, so we don't have to get out of the car... They open earlier too (because of the coffee customer!) and other boba shops typically open at 11 or 11.30, so we ended up coming here after brunch (as if we didn't have enough food and drink already!) The team member that helped us was very helpful and let me sample the assam milk tea before ordering it so I could see if I liked it. The staff also wears gloves when handling food. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is behind the building and it is small. I can imagine that it would fill up quickly during the summer months. Parking spots are decent in size. Drink: I ordered a Sunset Passion Iced half gallon. I enjoy the Assam Milk tea (light sweet) most but also like their other flavors both on the regular menu and secret menu if you have the app. This location is consistently busy, the most recent time I visited on New Year's Day I ordered through the app and my order ended up being 12 minutes after the recommended pickup time. I had the hot silver jasmine tea and when I sipped it, it wasn't as hot as I expected. My other favorite flavors are the Tea Rex and Oolong Milk Tea. read more

I stopped by this coffee shop today after returning from a trip and dealing with some jet lag, so I was really looking forward to a good coffee with a decent amount of caffeine to help me get through the day. I ordered a Spanish latte through the drive-thru, and when I received it, it looked more like milk than coffee. I politely asked if I could taste it before driving away, and the employee helping me, Matthew, seemed visibly annoyed by my request. After trying it, I asked if I could add an extra shot because the drink was much weaker than expected. Again, Matthew appeared irritated and gave me an unfriendly attitude while charging me $1.75 for the additional shot. What disappointed me most wasn't the charge itself it was the lack of customer service. As a paying customer, I should feel comfortable asking for my drink to be adjusted to my preference, especially when ordering a specialty coffee. Instead, I felt like I was inconveniencing him simply by asking a question. A coffee shop should be built on hospitality, friendliness, and making customers feel welcome. i just stopped by to this location before heading to work, it was my first time actually coming to this location and it will possibly be my LAST time I come to this location before work. i am in no mood to start my morning with someone who doesn't want to be at work like little miss HEIDI. i LOL'd so hard when i saw her name on the paper order because i have a co worker with the same name. i arrived to the drive thru at 7am sharp and didn't even get a morning greeting from little miss HEIDI who was at the speaker com. so i greeted little miss Heidi with a goodmorning because that's how you greet your customers. she didn't say it back. it's like she was mad a customer pulled up the minute they opened. if you aren't a morning person, don't accept the morning shift. if you are a MISERABLE person, don't work in a establishment where you have to be surrounded by people/the public. To continue, i was hungry so i was interested in trying their ham & brie so i asked if i can get me one of those as well to eat at work and imagine my surprise when little miss HEIDI tells me she has to check & see if they have any then she proceeds to tell me that they do have some but they just have to warm up the machine because it isn't ready yet. i understand the machine needs to be warmed up because i did pull up at 7am but i asked Heidi HOW LONG will it take? because i had some time to wait but lazy azz Heidi who didn't want to do her job didn't want to answer my question & just kept repeating herself "the machine needs to be warmed up, it's not ready" she was really getting me upset. Lately, their employees have been rude and providing bad customer service. The other day, tattooed dude who was obviously too cranky to be work at 8:30 am raised his voice at me to scan my phone to pay. Maybe he was having a bad day, whatever. Today, I drove up around 10:50 pm waiting to order. No one responds to take the order. I drove up to the window and a girl working there saw me waiting by the pick up window prior to their closing time 11 pm and still decided to walk past the window and not take my order. I honked a couple of times. The same girl walks by again and still ignores. If she at least came by to acknowledge that a customer is waiting and let me know that they are closing down early for whatever reason, I would have understood. Another girl shown in the picture named "Alexis" walks by the pick up window and still fails to acknowledge or take the order. She later comes by after I honk at around 11:10 pm and tell me soullessly "I'm sorry, I can get you a free drink". Forget the free drink. Wasted 25 minutes of my damn time. Time is gold. Pretty disappointed with my drink from 7 Leaves. The cup wasn't even filled to the top. There was a pretty big gap left, and I'm attaching photos so you can see what I mean. That being said I haven't tried too many drinks from here, but of the ones I did, I thought -- Mung bean - very beany and strong which is good but it's so damn sweet and it can't be adjusted (only gets watered down). This knocks it down for me as I think my sweet tooth as diminished over the years. While this is a 7 Leaves drive through, they also have ample parking in the back which I appreciate! Came around 2PM on a Tuesday and there was only 1 other person in line. I loved that they had little sample cups as it just so happened to be the drink I was curious about (jasmine milk tea). I wanted to redeem some rewards points (leaves), so the worker kindly noted that I'd need to redeem in app but that she'd keep an eye out for my name. I quickly placed my order and it was ready in about 5 minutes. I placed two orders through the mobile app around 10 AM, scheduled for pickup at 12:30 PM the same day. My colleagues arrived at 12:28 PM to pick them up, but the staff claimed they couldn't find any orders at all--even after I provided my name and two screenshots with order numbers. Both orders were paid for and processed successfully, yet they still said they didn't have them. The excuse? Their system was down and didn't print any order receipts. That is completely unacceptable for a business relying on mobile app orders. I also specifically requested a bag of side ice because I ordered 12 drinks and had a long drive ahead. The girl at the counter said they could only provide one cup of ice--which has NEVER been an issue at any other 7 Leaves location I've been to. Only this location. To make it worse, they didn't even start making the drinks until my colleagues showed up, so they had to wait during their short one-hour lunch break, leaving them with no time to eat. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I will never come back to this location and won't recommend it to anyone. Total waste of time and money. read more

One of my favorite bubble tea chains. This place is pretty unique because it has a drive-thru alongside the indoor Cafe. They also have a few coffee drinks in addition to their teas. So this is a perfect spot for a quick grab and go drink in the mornings or on the way to work. Service has always been quick and polite and the interior is also pretty nice if you want to sit down and catch up with friends. It's right next to the theater and a few other businesses right on main Street so it has a pretty central location.
