This is still one of my fave places to get a manicure & pedicure. I've even had a facial from them…read moreonce. I also enjoyed the facial & thought that the products they used for the facial were good quality. Just a note, they are a little bit rougher when they do the facial than some other places I have been to. The facial massage is more firm and same with the arms, etc. The lady who does the facials is strong! I wonder if she also does the massages as they have a RMT service on their website. I will have to ask & try the massage sometime. On Sunday I had a basic pedicure & since I paid cash the price was very reasonable. It's so relaxing to have a pedicure. Lina, who did my pedicure was very good & fast. I even turned on the massage chair though it wasn't that comfortable for me. I think the massage chair isn't made for a petite person like me. LOL. In any case, some of their prices went up a little. Don't be surprised, inflation is making prices go up everywhere & covid supply problems also haven't helped. It is what it is. I still think the prices are reasonable.

I went to this nail bar with my friend yesterday, and im not sure if i like it. At first, i noticed…read morethat the person doing my friends' nail's was so sweet, so i had nothing to worry about, until the lady doing my nails came. As she started to do my nails, she would pull my hand aggressively, and as she was cutting my nails down to size, the lady hadn't even asked me for how long i wanted my nail to be - she just cut my nail off; they were waaay shorter than i wanted them. The lady then proceeded to shape my nails into a sharp triangle, but that was not even close to what i wanted, but I didn't want to upset the lady. When she moved on to the nail polish, the lady chose colors for me with out even asking for my opinion on them. The white french tips were okay, a few were lopsided though. The pink, on the other hand, was absolutely atrocious. The final result was not was I was hoping for, and I do not recommend this nail bar. (P.S. when I came to pay, the lady up front said that they charge extra for using debit, and took a tip for herself!)

From the moment you walk in through the door you're met with an air of professionalism and style that embodies the Axcess Salon name. I have been coming to this salon for at least ten years and that alone should say something about the quality and service the Axcess Team provides. I would trust no other salon with my hair and colouring services (and I have had some crazy colour styles in the past!). The staff are always polite and attentive, not to mention extremely friendly and welcoming and I always walk out with ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, stunning and smooth hair. I absolutely RECOMMEND you come in and sit in one of their chairs, I promise you won't be disappointed. (Although I do recommend you call cause they do get busy).

I frequently make full use of their services, be they Spa (mani, pedi and facials) as well hair colour and cut. All staff are friendly and professional and I've been equally happy with any stylist, colourist and aesthetician, though I do have my regulars. I always appreciate that prior to any hair appointment I am asked if there is anything special or different I wish. My husband is also a very happy customer. I highly recommend this establishment.
