Booking an appointment online is easy on their website where you can choose a date/time based on the stylist you want. I've been coming to this N15 for about a 1.5 years now. I've tried 2 stylists here but my current stylist, Seika (senior stylist) is great. She's been cutting my hair for over a year now and she pays attention to all the details.
