As the lady was giving me a facial she told me everything she was doing which I liked cuz it helped me have better knowledge of skin care and showed her knowledge too. Whenever I asked a question she was delighted to share with me. After the facial finished she was very passionate to ensure I was happy and to let her know in the near future how my skin is. She also gave me a small tutorial on future skin care and certain things I can do to maintain a glowing look. This spa sells a line of skin care products which I encourage anyone to invest in. They're pricey but WELL worth it and last a long time. They even gave me a bunch of samples to try out at home with directions, which was a great way to leave the spa. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…read more I went to my first appointment booked for 5:30pm. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go. I had initially called a few months ago to inquire about full body laser hair removal pricing. I was told $200. I went, had an okay experience, was then told theres a "promotion" of 6 sessions for 1500. I told them I couldn't pay up front and then we agreed that I would pay 250 a session, and I would pay a 50$ deposit for the next session. I paid: $300 for my second session $300 for my third session $300 for my fourth session This means I should have $150 credit towards my last session. At my last session, I was told that the price was actually $300 a session and that I had only a $50 credit. THIS IS FALSE. She tried to scam me. She told me she would talk to the "managers" about seeing what they can do. I then asked to talk to them directly and she said that it was not possible (because they don't exist)... I got my friend to call and ask the price of full body laser and she was told $180. I called and told her that my friend called ,and she told me that $180 was a promotion price. This lady is pulling prices out of nowhere and is giving low prices initially then trying to get her customers to come and then confuse them throughout the treatment process. I will never be returning even though I overpaid $150.

She has worked for several doctors/surgeons/nurses, but my friend said Victoria is a top nurse injector in her field. Throughout the years that my friend has been involved in the medical community, had informed me that Victoria was a nurse that several surgeons had requested to be part of their medical team based on her skills. Apparently if you're in the medical field you will know her, worked with her or heard good things about her quality of work, which to me says a lot, so I was sold and made an appointment. I was really nervous since it was my first time getting my lips injected, but not only was she extremely patient, calm and reassuring she was such a pleasant person and extremely knowledgeable. She has several diplomas and certifications in her office which made me feel at ease knowing I was in the hands of real professional. My lip procedure turned out so well, that when I looked at my lips after it was exactly what I had requested. A strong Cupid bow and more defined lips on the outer corners for more definition. I am so pleased with my lips that I can't stop staring at them and taking photos and looking at the before and after.
