I don't mind waiting because the prices are amazing and the staff are amazing too. Whenever I have a question or concern I can reach out to them in so many ways (phone, email, Facebook or Instagram) and I always get a prompt reply. Then, I called around 10 times to mcvean laser just to tell them i m late and tried to cancel or text them but their phone was not working, nothing worked. Then I drive 30 min from mississauga to mcvean just to tell the situation and lady marta said I cannot help youas you need to message on instagram but she said I am available feb 21 just ask them once. I messaged them they were unable to help me and they deducted my $50 also which is very unaffair and even they weere asking for more$25 to reschedule my appointment. Is this is your customer service. We ended up with pretty much the same amount of hair that we started with. The owner said that for myself and one other lady, it was because of our hair colour (light brown/blonde) - then how about you not take our money if you knew it would not work instead of taking our money knowing we are blondes and then saying after that it will not work because of the colour. Another issue with this theory is that the third girl had black hair and it did not work for her. No explanation for this. Part way through the service the owner told us we needed to wax all areas between each treatment. Tried, failed. Also waxing every four weeks is an expensive endeavour that was not explained in advance. I had leg and bikini laser in the past at another facility and it worked almost immediately - results fantastic. La Unique is just out to take your money with no accountability. Very dissatisfied.
