She has worked for several doctors/surgeons/nurses, but my friend said Victoria is a top nurse injector in her field. Throughout the years that my friend has been involved in the medical community, had informed me that Victoria was a nurse that several surgeons had requested to be part of their medical team based on her skills. Apparently if you're in the medical field you will know her, worked with her or heard good things about her quality of work, which to me says a lot, so I was sold and made an appointment. I was really nervous since it was my first time getting my lips injected, but not only was she extremely patient, calm and reassuring she was such a pleasant person and extremely knowledgeable. She has several diplomas and certifications in her office which made me feel at ease knowing I was in the hands of real professional. My lip procedure turned out so well, that when I looked at my lips after it was exactly what I had requested. A strong Cupid bow and more defined lips on the outer corners for more definition. I am so pleased with my lips that I can't stop staring at them and taking photos and looking at the before and after. Victoria, if you happen to see this please know that you were such a pleasant and experienced professional, and you have a new client. Thank you!!!

She made me feel so at ease and taken care of! The pain has always been barely noticeable and I have only had great results!! I appreciate her professionalism as well as her honesty. I don't understand how someone could leave a bad review, I've been following her instagram as well as being her customer for so long, and have been only pleasantly surprised with her great work! Great job. Would definitely recommend

It's located upstairs in what used to be an old apartment that was refurbished to look like it was taken straight out a chatelaine magazine. Cute, simple, modern, zen. Just how yo would imagine a spa to look like. Walking in, I felt right at home with comforting decor and pleasantly welcoming staff. You take your shoes off right away and put on soft little slippers. They also offer you beverages upon arrival. I'm a big fan of tea and I was impressed with their selection of exotic herbs. I only got a facial there, but they also offer all kinds of other spa services which i am eager to try. My facial was extensive and well done. Months later my skin is still glowing. The lady who took care of me was very well educated and asked me many questions to make sure she gave me the exact treatment I needed. The facials take place in a private and quiet space another floor up, and they play soothing music and there is natural lighting which makes the mood impossible to be anything besides relaxing. As the lady was giving me a facial she told me everything she was doing which I liked cuz it helped me have better knowledge of skin care and showed her knowledge too. Whenever I asked a question she was delighted to share with me. After the facial finished she was very passionate to ensure I was happy and to let her know in the near future how my skin is. She also gave me a small tutorial on future skin care and certain things I can do to maintain a glowing look. This spa sells a line of skin care products which I encourage anyone to invest in. They're pricey but WELL worth it and last a long time. They even gave me a bunch of samples to try out at home with directions, which was a great way to leave the spa. I recommend this humbly inviting spa to anyone who wants to pamper themselves and needs to relaaaax. It also seems like a place I would bring a friend to enjoy the day with. I Will definitely be going back.

I am going to VS MedSpa for my pigmentation and I truly trust Victoria. She is very responsive via email, FB, or cell. I have never had an issue with appointment times or waiting. I've already recommended to my family.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…read more I went to my first appointment booked for 5:30pm. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go. Just a very AWFUL way to treat a customer on the first appointment!!
