I've been going to Just Laser for over a year now, easily, and I have always had a good experience. Let's start when you walk in. The main girl there, Amy, very polite and personable. She is very approachable, I have never found her to be rude. Sometimes they have one of their fancy teas on and you get to drink a glass for free...that's pretty cool! The treatments..I've tried quite a few, the Lipo machine, the non-surgical facelift. the photofacials, the skin tightening treatments. All have worked well for me. The best ones (for me) have been the tightening and facials (both kinds). I've personally noticed a different with the tightening (had it done on my arms and thighs) and others have complimented me on my skin ( facials). ..had co workers ask me if I am doing something..and others too ask what I've done to my face..they definitely notice. I also have purchased the skin serum they sell there.. Visible Youth, it's about $70 a bottle, I am on my second bottle and that stuff does wonders for your skin. You notice a difference instantly and after a few weeks see a permanent change. This is my first review on Yelp..and since I've been a loyal customer for over a year realized there is a reason I keep going back..and want everyone to know that this is a great place to check out. I found out about Just Laser via a great group buying deal I picked up for Photo Facials. Scheduling an appointment to get in was easy and the receptionist was friendly. I found the place with no trouble at all and there is plenty of parking right in front (bring coins for meters). Upon entering I found the place to be cozy and clean. Amy, who took care of my treatment, was super personable and seemed very experienced and customer focused. I'd gone elsewhere in the past for Photo Facial and my experiences were just that the technician used the laser and sent me on my way. Here it was like I was going in for a regular facial. I laid back in a comfy aesthetics chair, not on a hard table covered by a paper or sheet. Then Amy cleaned my face and after the treatment applied a hydrating cream. I wish these other reviews existed when I purchased $800 worth of vouchers through a coupon site for this place - that way I would have gotten a heads up as to what Just Laser was really about. The owner and employees were always friendly and polite - I felt totally comfortable doing treatments, and everyone was always helpful. They have a long long way to go if they want to make this a customer oriented business with return clients. That being said, there were many issues surrounding services. Appointments for coupon purchases were only delegated to one day (this was not mentioned in the fine print when buying) and made it hard to coordinate with work. Appointments were always always late - I have not once been taken on time, and then the procedure was rushed through so they could keep up. During the procedure spots were always missed, low settings were used and, as I mentioned, it was rushed through. I think this has given me crappy results. When voicing my concerns about regrowth, they were always brushed aside. The state and cleanliness of the clinic was not a big deal for me - I knew I was getting a deal, and didn't expect much. However, if I was paying full price for services, it would NOT be acceptable. My most recent appointment they were an hour behind appointments - I received no call, no apology and no explanation. Only when talking to other clients waiting did I realize that I would be waiting at least an hour and a half before they took me. I have a few visits left on my vouchers, but it's not even worth it for me to continue going there. read more

This is the best place in Mississauga for vein reduction (and I have been to a few!). Owner operated so fantastic customer service. I would NEVER go back, not even for the cheap deal they offered me. It was like being in a sorority house, not a professional clinic. Shakira music so loud I couldn't hear the receptionist. Employees and their friends wrapped up in blankets, laying on the couches in the waiting room. My last session the tech who went to attach my lasers didn't know what she was doing and I had to show her how. Back sink full of garbage that stayed that way for the two weeks I went in for treatments. Middle of winter and they left me laying half-naked on a bed, with no blanket, even after I complained about the cold. These are kids playing around! There are other laser clinics close by that are much more professional. read more

Today was my first visit at Just Laser Clinic and I arrived a bit early for my appointment. The staff was very friendly and greeted me well:) Amy was very sweet and honest about what procedures I should consider for my acne scarring. I went ahead with the Microdermabrasion and the organic mask, my skin feels so soft and supple. Still have three more to go as I had purchased this cost effective deal on dealfind. To all the ladies who are complaining about the size of the clinic, relax, she is moving to a bigger and better place. I have personally never paid much attention to the decor or aesthetic appeal of a place as I am there for a procedure and will be in and out. I felt at home and when I saw Lola I fell in love with her (her puppy). I am very pleased with the service I received today and I wish Amy and her staff all the best!!! I found out about Just Laser Clinic through Living Social and purchased the ilipo package. The Clinic was easy to find and plenty of parking out front and on the street. I was nervous going in, but once I arrived, the staff was super friendly and took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect. I've completed my 4 visits and decided to continue on as I am extremely happy about the results. I've met 3 of the staff members and what I love most is that every time I walk in there I am not treated like a stranger by anyone of them. Such a comfortable setting and fun atmosphere!! I found out about Just Laser through a coupon website, they were offering a deal on the ILipo. You know the old saying, "you get what you pay for"... exactly! I would normally never take the time to write anything on an experience I've had but I just cannot believe they are in business. With the lack of "friendly" customer service, if you get any customer service at all & not to mention the overall appearance of the place. There are 3 or 4 other spas that offer the same services they do within minutes of them, you would think if you had that much competition around, you would make every effort to be the best and keep / gain further customers. It's a small location and all of the walls are open at the top so you can hear everything, including all the snide remarks made by one of the employees (the caucasian women at the main desk area, I believe her name is Amy) she is just plain rude! She makes rude comments after every phone call when someone calls in inquiring about something. Not just on one occurrence but every time I've been in for my treatments so far. Even when I have to deal with her to book my appointment(s) for the following week she just has this chip on her shoulder, her overall disposition is just not pleasant. Seeing there are only 2-3 people max working at one time, you cannot avoid her. I will say the other employees seem to be ok though. I purchased the ILipo treatments, on my 1st initial visit I went into this small room and they strapped me in with 4 lasers "paddles" and 2 smaller laser parts, however after they turned on the system and left I noticed that 1 of the smaller lasers & 1 of the paddles were not working. I evenyually got the ladies attention to let her know and she came back in the room, she told me she would have to get the wires fixed on the machine, fiddled around with them a bit and once they turned on she put them back into the spots and left. My 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so on treatments were all the same, sometimes certain lasers would work and other times they wouldn't... I was told to hold onto the top of the wire in a certain position to get the laser working, again this was hit and miss. On top of this being a nuisance, I have that miserable employee I have to listen to. I've had such an unpleasant experience with this place I don't even want to finish my last couple of treatments, but I unfortunately will and once they are done I will never go back for any other treatments or recommend them to anyone. I've been to many laser clinics, and this is by far the worst. There is no sense of client privacy among staff. You get a different person treat you each time you go in, depending on who is available. A professional laser clinic should assign a technician to a client, and the client should be treated by the same technician every visit. This shows respect for privacy and relationship building with clients. Also, when I was asking the technician a question while being treated, both the technician and the receptionist gave an answer at the same time - complete lack of privacy. The place is not soundproof, so all the people in the waiting room and the receptionist can hear conversations between the technician and client who are behind closed doors. The treatments were also not consistent - I found that they just rushed to get it done and some of the areas were missed or poorly covered. The worst part is the wait. Every session, I have to wait for a very long time, despite having an appointment booked. I once overheard the receptionist tell another client that if she was late she would incur late fees, but I have always been on time to my appointments and I had to wait for over an hour one day. Another day I waited 40 minutes, and they had taken in another lady who arrived after me. I had overheard the receptionist and technician saying that I arrived first, but they took her in anyway. The appointment days are also really inconvenient - they only do laser treatments on Monday, so I had to use up most of my vacation days for these treatments. read more
