They don't price attack you to make you feel like you need to buy stuff. It's a free consultation with recommendations. Then if you are doing the service, you go to another room and communicate with your person. Mine was Kayla and she was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and made recommendations. Told me to take pictures for my own benefit and I got 29 units of Dysport onto my forehead. I plan to go back as we discussed working across smile lines and eyes.

She paused than she says I have to PAY a deposit for my next appointment because I cancelled the last one. When I expressed I didn't cancel anything you gave me no indication you had two different locations. she cut me off and said "well that's fine the deposit is 50 dollars". Extremely unprofessional. Since I heard this clinic has a good deal on kenalog injections I paid the deposit . Literally on the day of my appointment she cancels saying I can not get my injections because the nurse is sick. She than gives me the date she initially gave me the first time she called me. Seems pretty clear to me she lied about sooner availability to snatch a deposit out of me.

Massage was good. My partner enjoyed it but I think he would not choose to come back to this location. I had a lovely facial but my goodness she was rough with the extractions. I like a light extraction, but she was quite rough. Still, it was effective and I liked her. She was really nice and gave me good advice for my skin - especially considering that I don't do facials regularly. I love that they also offer SPF treatment at the end so your fresh skin is protected on your way out the door. Booking here was not the easiest thing. It was a little difficult to understand all the pages on their website, but now that I've gone through the process - I can understand their packages better. I will say, I did not like speaking with the receptionist. She's quite forceful and talks over you a lot. I wanted the answer to one simple question and she went on for almost 7 minutes. This is the worst place in Toronto and may be in Canada. 1st of all you should pay the whole amount of money in advance. In the 1st session I was loaded with a prescription contains different types of supplements , ((above 10 tablets a day)), I refused the supplements in general and I donot believe that I need them, but she forced me to buy them , and it was very clear to me that it was a hind door business. That's not all , the real disaster was after I took them for one day , I collapsed inside the kitchen and I was in bed dizzy for one week. I went there with help -as I cannot even walk that time -, I was very pale and weak and I informed her about what happened to me , and nothing was done, sure from my side , I did not take these supplements again, and I did not go there again as well. And surprisingly, that was one month back and till this moment , no one even called me to check if I am still alive or not, BUT , why they will check their client as long as they received your money!!
