I showed up 7 min after order time and still had to wait. Once my order was called only one of the items I ordered was given to me so I had to wait additional time for them to prepare the other one. Inconvenience for over priced instant bites. The store is usually not as busy as other locations. Somewhat clean, not noisy. But definitely always slow.

I went to Starbucks to speak with the manager and show him the evidence. I told him I've been a customer for two years and this is the first time this has happened. He told me it wasn't from them and that they couldn't give me a refund. I don't know where the fingernail came from; maybe it was already in the cup and they just made the drink without noticing. And it's not just the $5 refund he refused to give me; it's the attitude he had towards me as a manager. He implied that I put it there on purpose. Why, for $5? In their system they can see the time and amount I've been placing orders in that store.
