There is a special place in my heart for both WaWa and 7-Eleven because I am used to seeing them on every corner back home. They have their differences and both are great. New Jersey has a strong presence of each, similar to the Starbucks saturation of the North West. They share the sometimes gas pump locations. Slevens have lottery while WaWas do not. WaWas have restrooms while Slevens do not. The similarities are that they are both great and a little competition is good. "The Good" - The staff are great. They are friendly and smiling and are always fast with a sincere "How are you doing?" - Refer back to my review of Bill's Hot Dogs concerning the police cruisers. This location is very police cruiser friendly. - Slurpees .... like you need more of a reason to visit a Sleven. - We are far enough below the Mason-Dixon to have Beer and Wine sold here. - This location has a gas station attached. - Lottery. You can't win if you don't play. "The Meh" - ATM even though there is a fee if it is not your bank. "The Bad" - The one thing that sets WaWa apart from the entire chain of Slevens is the ATM charge. WaWa does not charge you a fee if it is not your bank.

The coffee area was so nice. I noticed there was about 4 (maybe more) employees working, they were all taking their job very seriously. One was behind the register while another was sweeping, another was restocking the coffee area, they did great. They were all very polite. To top it off they gave me a free muffin with my coffee. I was having a rough morning but this really perked my day up. Great job 7-11!

I've never had a good experience here but I haven't had a bad enough to leave a review until today. My husband had a prescription sent over from telehealth on Sunday. He called first thing this morning to ensure it was received. It was an antibiotic and steroid that needed to be started ASAP. He was advised that they received over 55 prescriptions so understandably they couldn't give him a time of when it would be completed. However, he called again around 1pm to check on it. He was advised it had been filled and was ready for pick up. They have a CB lunch break from 1:30-2pm so around 2:15pm I waited in the drive thru line for about 20min with 3 hungry kids to pick it up. When I arrived at the window I was advised it wasn't filled and to go wait in the parking lot or swing back around (even though no one was behind me) and wait another 15min while they fill it. I asked why we were told it was ready and I was met with a short tone simply saying "he wasn't" I was irritated and asked if it would really take 15min... the response was that I needed to move along and go wait somewhere else for 15min and no one told us it was ready. I took the kids home and then went back to get the prescription. I waited for a couple cars. One took 15min at the window (I did time it, so I'm assuming they refused to wait elsewhere) the other car was just 2 min. I was able to get the prescription on my second visit. Although I was able to get what I needed this time, the interaction was short and definitely did not leave me with a desire to return. We've found another pharmacy to try for our prescriptions going forward, I don't mind driving farther for better service.
