Do not order from a delivery service for this store. There is no option to say if something is unavailable please refund and they will send you whatever they want. They obviously do not care about the high amounts of refunds they have to do, they just want you to do the work for it. How about just don't give me crap I don't want and did not order. read more

I've visited this particular store several times between 1am and 4 am, and far too many times I make attempt to buy a simple cup of coffee, and can't, because why? They're closed. Bear in mind, I'm walking several blocks down Prairie Ave to buy this simple cup of coffee. To boot, for the last 5 months I've refused to walk to this store in between the hours of 1am and 4 am, because those are the hours to which I've been denied entry to a store that, as I look while I write this, declares that the store is open now. This is a straight up un-truth, because I just returned home from standing in front of their door just after 4, only to find that today, it's now 5am to which they will open. You know what, too late. You'll never earn chump change for coffee from me again. How about either staying open for 24 hours like your broadcast claims, or openly designating a time frame between midnight and 5am to which a night owl might get a fucking cup of coffee. At this point, fuck off. Keep your coffee, I'll do without before patronizing this bullshit store. read more

Might sound weird but this is probably the best 7/11 I've ever been to? The staff is always super nice and friendly and I ALWAYS find myself talking with them for up to thirty minutes at a time. Seriously, get to the know them, they're all amazing. Everything is also stocked frequently and something that can be sold out that day will almost always be back on the shelf that same night. The options and variety are large too, as compared to some other locations. Definitely not the average 7/11, try to get to know the staff, I'm not kidding. read more

Honestly, they have the kindest and friendliest people working here. They are always helpful, keep the store clean and let you know of any deals or promos they have. Today an older heavy set/out of shape woman with white bleached hair was in the store screaming at the top of her lungs the most horrendous foul racial slurs and bullying the new kid that was working there. She seemed to be drunk and was screaming about a pizza (which she didn't purchase) and the type of people they have working there. That woman was a sick, drunk and racist woman who was leaning over the counter and in the face of every employee and when is as customers (about 6 of us) began defending them, she started attacking us. The worst part is that apparently that woman is a regular and is constantly harassing this store. However, even though it was a traumatic experience. I was very very very impressed with how the employees held themselves with dignity and still respected her, the customers and most of all themselves. We need more people like them in this world. West Torrance needs to know the value of the people working here and what they bring and do for the community. To the employees at this store: keep your heads held high and know that what that woman was screaming about has nothing to do with you but with her personally whether it's alcohol or mental illness. You guys are amazing and kind individuals with character through the roof. I am thankful you guys are in the community! read more

I come to this 7-11 almost daily! I choose this one over other ones in the area for two reasons: 1. The staff is extremely pleasant no matter what time you go in. 2. It's very clean. Both the store itself and the products ( I.e always check the lip of cans and I never see any dirt or anything in them) I'll continue to go to this store daily read more

Pretty nice 7-11, it's kinda hidden and not in the open like the usual 7-11 stores so if you don't know it's there then you just won't know it's there! But it's super nice and great customer service! read more

One of the more friendlier 7-11s I've been to. The staff welcomes you right as you walk into the store.. They're really quick to assist with any questions you have or wanting to get some of those bargain food deals they have going on.. Like if you're buying something for $1.79 but you can get two for a little more change on top. It's like they treat you as family here. The only thing that's discouraging of the location is the very small parking lot and it's shared with a coffee bean. Making parking even more limited. read more

I went to this location since its the closest to my work. I ended at 1:30am and went for a beer run only to find that the fridge doors were locked. It was about 1:40 am when i got to the store and cut-off is at 2am. So i went up to the clerk to ask if i can buy any beers. At first he ignored me. After an awkward pause, i asked again louder and he responded by telling me to get out and turned his back to me, pretending to wipe off the counter where all the cigarettes are. I walked outside and smoked a cigarette before i left. But the whole time i was outside smoking, the rude clerk was staring at me giving me the stink eye. Keep in mind this was at 1:40am, and i was the only one there. I understand the graveyard shifts suck, but that guy needs to find another job if hes going to snap at people. read more

Great 7/11... I really like how they changed the coffee bar and completely broadened the selection. Considering it's right next to, even connected to my favorite coffee shop CBTL, it's a balsy move. The clerks here are always friendly and quick to ring you up and get you out the door. read more

Unlike any 7/11 I have ever been. The staff is always so friendly and in a good mood. And the only 7/11 where I have ordered food they make there. It's actually super tasty and the lady there always lets us know how long ago they were made. I go here every morning before work now to get an energy drink or coffee and sometimes some breakfast food. read more

I visited this 7 Eleven earlier this evening around 8:20 p.m. This was almost an hour ago and I'M still pissed! The clerk was beyond condescending and rude!!!! When i first arrived I sat in my car for a few minutes as I was finishing up a text. As I was finishing I looked up and saw him starring at me from inside the store. Shortly after, i went in. My intention was to use the microwave and possibly buy a cup of coffee. When he saw my container with food in it he stopped me and told me i could not use the microwave unless i bought something. After encountering his rude behavior i decided not buy anything! I went back to my car to make a note to myself about what just happened. Again I looked up and saw him standing outside glaring at me as if i was some criminal! I then got out of my car again and asked him if there was a rule on the books that said i had to buy something to use the microwave. He said no, but still refused to alliw me to use it. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS 7 ELEVEN!!! I FELT COMPLETELY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST!!! read more
