He told us 5-10 minutes. We waited patiently for about 20 minutes before I went to check on our order, only to be told that the kitchen hadn't even started it. He said we will refund tomorrow, and that he didn't have the authority and that it would be processed "tomorrow." He didn't take my name, number, or any information so it was unclear how that would even happen. On top of that, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making it feel like I was inconveniencing him just for asking about an order and how will he keep track on who he's refunding while we had already been waiting!
