This is one of two 7/11 stores on the road and although I would choose this location out of the two...I would skip both altogether if I was you. It's is hard to get in and out as the parking lot is terrible. Also the fountain drinks are frequently out, with no sense of urgency to change them. read more

Came in for my usual David's Jumbo Ranch Sunflower seeds fix. This 7-11 isn't the usual one I go to though. The cashier was super friendly and helpful and he was very polite. The store was well stocked and very clean. A lot of variety of snacks and drinks as well as hot coffee and pizza. Outside there is a sushi place next door so it smells kind of fishy. It was unusually cold inside too; like a refrigerator, even the cashier was wearing a coat. I've never experienced a cashier at 7-11 this nice and friendly. It was nice for a change. read more

An awful store. Lady clerk was poorly trained and rude. Bad customer service I purchased several items there was no greeting no thank you, no bag was offered and when I requested one it was silently handed to me to bag myself. It was unopened and caused the line to be held up. Time date were Nov 18 at 830am . Difficult communication due to total language barrier and the attitude was insolent. I'm not sure if this is a corporate store or franchise but either way attention is sorely needed. We, the paying customers keeping this business alive and deserve deserve and a courteous attitude. Went this past Saturday for the .79 promotional medium iced coffee (through 8/24/21). The manager said they aren't honoring it because they didn't get the medium cups. Got a large for 1.99. Came here to buy a powerball ticket and I didn't win so naturally this place sucks!!! (Totally kidding). This 7-eleven is conveniently located right off the 5 next to Sushi Ota. It's easy to stop in before entering into PB. Parking can get a little crazy with lots of restaurant traffic, but they have 20 min parking stalls right in front of the store that are usually easy to access. They're doing an awesome 50cent coffee special right now, which is awesome!! read more

So mean. I was a penny short on a water and the guy made me throw it out. I walked to the one down the road and got my water. Walked back to my car which was parked at this location. I went to the garbage can to throw something out and the guy walked outside and said "no hanging out here!" And I told him what I was doin and he said "idgaf, get put of here." I purchased a carbonated lemonade, went home to open it only to find it had already been opened. I drove back to the store to exchange it out and the girl working tells me it is storewide not to take anything back. She let me know she's been there for years and would get in trouble for replacing it. She advised me to call or come back in the morning. The opened drink isn't the store's fault, but completely failing to fix the issue is. Not coming back here for anything, unless all the other 7 Elevens in the area miraculously close simultaneously and I was craving a Slurpee. read more

If this place weren't 2-3 blocks from my house, I wouldn't go here. It's simply convenient. Nothing more. The majority of the employees seem either indifferent or like people who hate their jobs. Not that I'd expect them to love their jobs, necessarily, but, for example, I was in there earlier, and the young lady in there (who I believe is the owner'/manager's daughter based on previous visits) sat there for 2-3 minutes making herself nachos with fixins while I waited to get ringed up. Then she slowly walked over to the register with a smirk on her face. On a few occasions, there have been unruly kids running around pretty much unchecked -- clearly children belonging to someone in charge, as they took stuff off the racks in the candy aisle and paraded around. Stop by this 7-Eleven because the people here are very friendly and helpful. Every 7-Eleven is the same to me, but this place did something to make me stop and yelp about it. I normally don't grab lunch out of this place, but during busy days it's a must. Today is one of those days and I stopped by this 7-Eleven. This place is pretty clean compared to the 7-Eleven's I normally stop at. Not only is this place clean, but the people that work here are really friendly. I ordered 1/4 hotdog and the lady that prepared it actually took the time to see if the buns were hard or not. I've been to other 7-Elevens and got a rock hard bun and ended up throwing it away. In my book, the cashier deserves some recognition for a job well done. read more

Unfortunately I live right by the 7-Eleven and today was the last straw and I've decided to never go there again, this is obviously a franchise as they have always had a lot of issues with things working etc, today they were closed saying their system is rebooting what the heck? Every time I try to use their ATM it would never dispense cash, I've seen them closed several times 4 stupid things like that and they are now so unreliable to me that I will go somewhere else from now on. I had the worst experience ever at this store!!!! Usually everyone is very friendly and kind, not today! Both cashiers that helped me where extremely rude! No hello may I help you. No thank you for your business. Just really bad attitudes! I went in to grab a snack and turned in a lottery ticket. The female cashier seem to be really annoyed because she had to help me. Ok, I was thinking maybe she's just having a really bad day. I left then returned with another winning lottery ticket. This time Ralph helped me. OMG, he was so grumpy. He snatched the ticket from me then rudely asked me what I wanted, the money or more tickets. I started to get more lottery tickets, but with the attitude he had, I just took my winnings. I stop by this store daily because I work close by, but I won't anymore. Courteous and friendly staff. They have a great beer selection with several and microbrews. They also have great prices on regular beer. $7.99 for a 12'er of Pabst! You can beat that . Whenever I'm near Mission Bay, I always stop by and pick up beer. read more

There's a bathroom in the back corner but don't ask to use it. The employee will recite her "no public restroom" line. That just seems wrong. We buy something, this is a public establishment and you, the employee, have to use the restroom sometimes... Perhaps she holds it all day and that's why she's so moody. The Mexican girls working here in the morning are very slow at their job and also very rude to the customer. I was waiting in a long line trying to get to work and they were only concerned with talking in Spanish to their friend. I ask the older lady to please check me out. I live 1 block away to this 7eleven. So, as you can imagine I stop by once or twice a day, to buy coffee, soda or cigarettes. Tonight around 2am, I went there with my girlfriend to buy a pack of cigarette. It was the very same clerk carded us both, 3 times in the past 5 days. My girlfriend asked for the pack of cigarette, and the clerk carded her, and me too, once again.. Told him that I forgot mine (and I was pretty sure he'd recognize me from past transactions..) and he said he couldn't help. I tried to remind him that he carded me and my girlfriend several times in past few days. Nothing. I'd understand if I was someone looking under 20, or 25.. I'm 32 years old and this clerk is weird. You'd recognize him with his over "Sir" and "M'am"s. Make sure you have your ID with you even if you showed it before 5 times to him. Otherwise you gonna have to walk to the next 7eleven as we did. (which happens to be a block away) I didn't go in, so my girlfriend came out with the pack of cigarettes. Yay, so much to be a smoker! read more
