Bullshit. I always call in my prescriptions at least 2 days in advance. Sometimes 3 when they need a doctor's authorization. I told the person that I need it right now. I'm not leaving without it. Today, I picked up 2 prescriptions. I complained, once again about the recorded messages. I've called in twice before complaining about this. But apparently, they don't listen. So, when I told the lady this, all I get as an answer is, "well, we don't have any control over that". Once again, I call bullshit. So, because of this, I plan on taking my business elsewhere.
