So glad Tjs finally opened near me. I've been shopping at TJs God years when I lived in SoCal. My nieces worked at the Bellevue location, and were always treated awesome. I miss some of my gavottes from the past that they don't carry anymore, but there's always something I can find good meals. Customer service is always great at this location. And when I have problems with an item, they seats either refund or let me exchange. I think I back when they first opened I had an arrogant manager, I don't remember his name, and he's no longer there so it doesn't matter. What matters is how I'm being treated now, and they're all amazing. When an item is not in stock one of the crew will let me know when it'll be back. read more

I like Trader Joe's and visit their locations when we travel. This one has all the same departments plus wine and beer (which our local one isn't able to offer). We stayed in a home while visiting the area for a couple of week and stopped in for some provisions. I checked out their personal care area and picked up some skin care oil for my super dry epidermis. This stuff has worked wonders! My legs are now less like a lizards and more like skin. So yea: nice find! Food prices in this area are high and I find Trader Joe's brand items to be comparable to local prices and often less on the items I buy. Like all stores, you have to be aware of prices to know if you are getting a bargain. We purchased some frozen entrees to easily put together a meal and that worked out very well for us. They have a variety of frozen prepared foods. Bring your own bags or buy one of theirs. Located in a shopping plaza they share the lot with some other businesses but there's plenty for everyone. read more

They are all super friendly and helpful. Always a pleasant experience from them. One of the nicest thing they did for me was a time when I bought flowers. While at checkout, the cashier asked me what the flowers for and I said that we are visiting a grave site. And the cashier said -- flowers on us! This grocery store is my happy place! Their products are so good that I have to be careful of how often I go here because I usually end up spending a lot more than I originally intended to. Trader Joe's some some of my favorite seasonings and spices along with frozen meals. I've tried several of the frozen/prepared meals, they have a wide variety of different cuisines. A new section that I never really took notice of was the plant section. It wasn't until quarantine and covid hit that I found a love for gardening. Trader Joe's has super cute and very reasonably priced plants in pots and out of pots. I've purchased a pilea, snake plant, wandering jew, cactus and pothos. Also they have house cleaning supplies and toiletries that I keep as a staple in my household. The staff have always been helpful and upbeat which im sure can be difficult at times with everyone living in a pandemic. Its just a wonderful store, I just wish it was bigger...so I can shop more. read more

This TJs is nearby my work and I try to stop by here when I can. This last visit, I was in search of a frozen item that I've been having troubles getting my hands on. I've been to two other TJs and they were all out. I approached Jessica who was at the registers at the time, and she didn't hesitate to help me find the product. She went to the back to check and found out some good information. The items are super high in demand and have been ordered. She took my info so they can hold a few for me when they do arrive. I was thrilled they could do that. She also rang me up. Jessica was pleasant, helpful, and a very positive person. I applaud her! The store itself here has a large parking lot, so it's not so difficult to find a parking spot. The store is spacious, fresh flowers up front, quality produce and meats, and large variety of wines! First off let me start by saying TJ is doing an amazing job trying to keep the store sanitary and limiting customers inside. They have carts and baskets already wiped down outside for you to grab as you go into the store! My favorite part about TJ is the frozen food aisle! Every time I go I always grab a few frozen meals to try. Definitely must try the Kung Pao Chicken & Butter Chicken. Two of my favorite frozen meals so far, I've also tried most of the Indian cuisines which are all pretty good & the veggie Phad Thai is even surprisingly decent! For dessert you need to try the chocolate peanut butter mochi, Mango sorbet & of course cookie butter ice cream! Other must try's: WHITE TRUFFLE POTATO CHIPS, roasted garlic hummus, sour cream spinach dip with the crunchy pita chips, plantain chips, sliced French Brioche with cookie butter spread & sooo many more... Great little TJ's store with practically everything you would find at a larger branch. The fruit and meat selection are a tad limited but I'm really not mad about this place. I come here for their frozen appetizers, convenience meals and snacks. The staff have always been very friendly and kind, and they seem to run a tight ship here even during the pandemic. Earlier in the pandemic, the store had staff limit shoppers and hand out sanitizer and baskets. These days, it's more freely accessible with a sanitizer station right by the door, and staff are willing to handle our reusable bags again. All in all, I feel safe and happy shopping here. It's always a fun place to pop into while waiting for takeout at one of the many restaurants near by. read more

I really like all of the odd and unique things you can find here. There are a lot of TJ branded items. The meat and BBQ sauce (pork and brisket) were good. I always buy the chicken tikka marsala. I keep hearing about the cookie butter. That's on my list for next time. The wine selection isn't bad. The frozen section is great. I'm not fond of the fresh vegetable/fruit area. The selection isn't the largest. I only buy honey crisp apples for instance and I've never seen them (not saying they don't carry them). The snacks and sauces are pretty unique and worth trying. I almost forgot about the best part! The staff is always really nice! They are fast and efficient at the register. I'd wait 10 times longer at any other grocery store. read more

Hey everyone...this place doesn't do masks. Apparently they and their customers are immune from this COVID 19. I just saw them letting people without masks entering. I mean its not the law or anything...or a prudent measure to try and beat this bug. This is a place where virus deniers can find a welcoming environment. While I was visiting a friend in Seattle, we were in this area to go to Panera and to do some shopping. This Trader Joe's store was the closest to where we were located. Even though I hadn't set foot in this location before, navigating through the store was relatively easy. It was the first Trader Joe's I'd been to in Washington, since this was my first visit in the state. In every Trader Joe's I go to, it's always fun to see the seasonal selection or the "what's new" section of the store. Here are some of the goodies I usually get during any Trader Joe's haul: Cowboy Bark: This is the perfect mix of sweet and salty. A friend first introduced this snack to me ... and it was seriously love at first bite. It featured dark chocolate bark topped with toffee and pretzels (I think there may be one more ingredient, but I'm not entirely sure). All I know is that the flavor combo and textures complement each other perfectly. Maple Leaf Cookies: These sandwich cookies are kind of like OREOs, but sans the chocolate. They feature a buttery cookie and a sweet, maple cream filling. I was first introduced to these cookies by a different friend, and from my first one, I was hooked. I normally go for all the chocolate snacks from Trader Joe's, so to say that this is one of my favorite snacks is a big deal. The cookie and filling flavors complement perfectly. This is a great treat for someone who likes sweets, but doesn't necessarily love chocolate. Joe-Joes: These are really similar to OREOs, but my relatives love them. They feature chocolate (or vanilla) cookies with a luscious, sweet cream filling. I usually get the traditional flavor (chocolate cookies, vanilla cream), but my relatives especially like the holiday Joe-Joes, which feature a peppermint cream and chocolate cookies. Praline-Pecans: These are currently my favorite snack of all time from Trader Joe's. While I really like the candied pecans (and these are somewhat similar), these are even better because they include the nuttier, bigger pralines. These praline pecans are seriously addictive. They're delicious because they feature a thicker coating of sugar on top. They're also perfect for using as a salad topping, which I do, part of the time ... but most of the time, I'm eating these little guys straight out from the container. They're one of the pricier snacks (located in the cookies/sweets aisle), but I think they're worth the $5-6 price tag. read more

I am obsessed with Trader Joe's!! I think this is one of the stores that get judged before people going in to shop there as "expensive". Is Trader Joe's expensive? Over price? NO WAY!!! I hate how everything is so inexpensive at TJ because I can literally spend my whole paycheck here if I wanted to LOL. This is my regular grocery store and I come here for just about everything. Let's get this out of the way: I hate the produce section and dislike bakery. The produce is mostly pre-bagged and a lot of it is pre-cut. The packaging is a complete waste of our resources and it gives me, the consumer, less of a choice. Like with all other pre-cut things you either use all of it right away or it dries out quickly. The "regular" produce area really isn't any better and far, far too many times have I found "over ripe" fruits & veggies. The bakery, for the most part, is below what even Safeway can do. Sometimes you'll find some gems, but most of what I find is hard and undesirable. That said, I'm totally into everything else about TJs. They have all sorts of unique items that you just can't find anywhere else! read more

This Trader Joe's is close to my house and I shop there a lot. The store is a good size and is clean. I never had bad customer experience there; stuff is friendly and polite. I really like their selection of organic items. My kids really like their yogurts and crackers. I love that they bring a variety of seasonal products. Walked in with the intent to get some last minute snacks and booze for thanksgiving and as soon as I walked to the back I had a woman who worked there watching me and following me through the entirely of the store and writing things down. I got very uncomfortable and went to check out and got greeted with security and the manager where they accused me of sticking bottles in my purse, I felt targeted so I told them I wasn't shopping there anymore and left everything on the shelves, and both people went outside writing things down and stepping out trying to see my license plate number. Thought this was just disgusting and very invasive of my privacy. I don't feel safe here anymore and I won't be shopping here again. read more

I have always looked to Yelp for reviews on pretty much everything. However when I feel like it might help someone else out I try extra hard to share the experience. I have never been a good meal/cook so to speak. Please know I keep trying each day to do better. Like many people I have struggled with the price increase of groceries. But hello people I woke up today and said shit I am gonna go to TRADER JOES. I have in the past shopped there. Always loved it. In my situation it is way further than my normal Safeway or even Fred Meyer. OMG YOU GUYS, best choice I have made all week. Not only is the atmosphere healthy and chill. The people that work there go BEYOND the extra mile. My personal shopper Katy was beyond helpful. She showed me all the products I explained. She also recommended a few others and explained the ingredients/cooking info. So after being overwhelmed with gratitude I made my way to the check out lane. These two checkers were also as amazing. The young man bagging my selections, Quade. Was A true shining star. In all my years of grocery shopping can't remember such a good experience. The price of my grocery tab was prob easy 75.00 or more less than what I spend other stores. Wanted to share with me Facebook friends. So how can one review a grocery store chain? I won't go into details on what they sell as that is a given. I frequent this location because it has one of the best customer service around. I'm big on customer service! The employees at this location are always extra helpful and always greet you with a smile. I have yet to come in here and not have someone ask me if I need any assistance...and If I just happen to need help, they drop everything they're doing to assist me and help me find what I'm looking for. I can't ask for any more. The store is always so clean and organized. There is always a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. I have gone to other TJ's locations where that area is a bit lacking. This TJ's is on the corner of a strip mall that has a 24 Hour Fitness. However there is always ample parking. Oh how I love thee Trader Joe's. I appreciate all they give to us. The cookie butter, the frozen edamame, the habanero hot sauce, the fresh flowers, the Greek yogurts...just I love you TJ. This particular tj's is spacious and new. It opened last fall...in the height of all things pumpkin. Oh yes!!! Which reminds me we are coming up on fall soon again and you not go anywhere else for your pumpkin necessities. Pies! Breads! Ice creams! Cheeses! Cookies! Yogurts! They probably even have dog treats and vodka with pumpkin in them. So yes...they have a ton of pumpkin stuff. But at tj's you can get your pretty much anything. They even have a good size selection of vitamins/whey powder/detox's. Also On the same aisle is your tea tree soaps (love) etc. Oh and don't forget your wine, beer, or spirits!! If I was anybody else I would only go here for any of those three. Seriously amazing selection with prices that'll kill any mini mart! So go grab a cool rare bottle of moscato, then grab a box of salted caramels, and maybe a little cactus plant and give as a gift. Perfect! My go to store for all things. It is actually like a fun little outing when I head here. I grab a coffee of course, sit it in the baby seat of the shopping cart, and stroll right on thru, feasting my eyes among all the new and different products they seem to come out of nowhere with. And also snatching up our fav go to items. When you shop here for your groceries, and unpack them at your home, every little item feels special. Like you really feel the love coming from the goods of hands that care. It really is something of a treat for all who have a Trader Joes nearby. :) read more
