Rather, as an owner, if you pride yourself in customer service, you will take what a sincere Yelp Elite reviewer has to say, step back and see how you can improve. I just read the comments another reviewer posted a few days ago and saw that they were berated as well. I had nothing to gain from giving the review I did and it's unfortunate that you're no longer going to be in business, but there were two other people with me that came to this consensus. With that, I will reply to the unfortunate remarks slammed at me, the reviewer. Let me preface by saying I asked for a pic with the owner before tea service started. If it was said that we had a wonderful and lovely time, it was not by me but one of my friends who, when asked how everything was, couldn't think of anything else to say. Sunshine Corners staff knew why I was unable to find it, how long it would be until we might see some more in production, and what a good substitute would be based on the specific qualities of the vitamin. Seriously, just go in and tell them what you need or what ailment you're looking to treat - they'll know where to point you. They have an awesome little deli with fresh sandwiches and soup, along with a selection of dry pasta and other food items (don't forget to try a truffle). They are super friendly and customer service is always great. Prices may be a little more than you'd find elsewhere, but you're really paying for selection, knowledge, and personalized service. They do have a punch card system and every time I go, I get a $5 or $10 discount depending on how much I spend which is always great.
