I am assuming it was a pound of links and a half pound of jerky. $25 would have been a fair price. I love Oberto products and there links are $8 per pound and the jerky is about $30. These links were spicy. Nowhere near as hot as I expected, but certainly hotter than 90% of what I find with most butchers. I could have used a little more salt, but overall, a decent link. The jerky was also decent, I wish I would have read the package before buying they. They use brown sugar and I don't like sweet and meat. Jerky should be smokey, salty and peppery. If you like you jerky sweet, then teriyaki or honey habanero should be your choice. Truth be told, when given the option, I always go with sugar free jerky. It's meat, not candy. I saw these guys at the Farmers Market and they had samples of most of what they sold, but not all varieties. So I sampled jerky, but it was teriyaki. I also sample one of their pepperoni's. I want to try the spicy, but the sample was jalapeno cheddar if I recall. I didn't care for it. Overall, I'd give a 4 for flavor, but a 2 for price which overall would be 3. Their current score is 3.5 and had the prices been more competitive, I could see myself giving 3.5 and rounding up to 4.

You aren't getting bottom of the barrel keta (translated from native tongue to "dog") fish or "pink" salmon (only 1 tier up), you're getting fresh fish. There was no hint of gross "fishy" smell before or after eating. (To make your salmon last longer, may I suggest enjoying your salmon with rice and veggies, or in a sandwich?) They also sell high quality pork, beef, chicken, and other things in the freezer like sausage, duck, cheese. They also have pretty nicely priced wines for sale, from low $10s and up. You have to order ahead of time. There are certain boxes that they always offer. Any smart business would make sure to have those best sellers on hand in the back. Most of the fridges that held the meat now hold energy drinks etc. This is not a real Butcher shop in my opinion.
