The butter/ghee was also almost missing. [Someday I would love to unravel the mystery of why restaurants use artificial color -- be it tikkas, chicken 65, desserts. No one likes it -- name one customer who has ever said, that a dish needs color for me to buy/eat it. The customers don't want it. The restaurant has to spend more money to purchase the color.
