The restroom was a nightmare. It was filthy, dirty, had graffiti and looked old. I was in shock and disbelief!! I've never seen this at any other Safeway stores. How can a store take pride in this? Do they not think that customers would not use the restroom and see this? I hope they improve the restroom situation.

My review concerns a single incident…read more I'm currently on crutches and have to use an electric cart. This store's carts are outdated - they don't show the battery strengh on the console, My cart stalled while 1/2 way done shopping. I waited 45 minutes for a 2nd cart. The second cart stalled with 4 items left to purchase. A manager told me to wait while he looked for a 3rd cart. He never returned, Instead, he stood 40 feet away chatting with two of his colleagues. After another 57 minutes, another 4th manager, "Kenny" walked up and asked me if aI needed help. He was horrified by my story as I pointed out the other managers still "...standing over there..." Long story short: Kenny got his mother (apparently a senior administrator in the store) to check me through a register while he went to get the 4 items I still needed. After checking out, he loaded my purchases into my car while I walked along side on crutches. The point of all this is, there are all kinds of people in the world. Some care, some don't. My quick trip to the store was 3 hours long. An hour'n'1/2 was just sitting in stalled carts. Thanks to Kenny and his mother, this all had a happy ending.

She enjoys watching frozen movies whenever she can and loves Elsa. Her birthday was set for January 18 and many friends and families were invited. The frozen motif served as the basis for every purchase. This, however, is what occurred on January 18. In the morning, Safeway Bakery called to inform me that they were unable to fulfill our request for a custom cake. I questioned them how they could say that and why. That day's evening is when I have the event. They claimed that the order taker was inexperienced and that they had neglected to verify the timetable. They stated they could create a different flavor if I needed it and gave me two choices: Marvel or white chocolate. I can select any of these options, they stated, or they will have to cancel the order. I advised them to consider and weigh their options for thirty minutes. I called a few different bakers, but none of them were taking orders for custom cakes with themes. Anywhere, a bespoke cake order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. I phoned Safeway again and instructed them to use one of the options offered to prepare the cake when I couldn't find another one. However, I was shocked to see the cake there when I went to pick it up in the evening, one hour before the celebration began. The cake was in really poor condition. damaged edges, poorly finished, and cracked in the middle. I've included the images here. I was completely insane. At the time, the bakery was closed, so I was with customer service to see what was wrong. A customer support representative stated that there was nothing he could do. At the time, my sole choice was to select the cakes that were on display over the counter. Since the size was insufficient for what I needed, I chose two different cakes. They simply accepted the price of one cake as their only action. My daughter's birthday celebration was utterly destroyed by them. My daughter had a lot to say. Despite her tears, I managed to persuade her to join in the celebration. For me, it was an unforgettable experience, and I am really unhappy with Safeway's response. People's emotions and sentiments are of little concern to them. They don't take responsibility.

There's only 3 aisles. I grab my Pepsi, make way to candy, behind the candy to check out snacks and back to the candy. This guy thinks I'm stealing and goes... can I help you find something with a particular tone too. As if this 3 aisle store is big as walmart and I need some help? Lol Ive been coming here for years. Why do you have employees treating me like a thief Kenny? Cause I revisited the candy aisle? Please. I get better service from the 7 eleven up the street. Kenny and the rest of the workers are just fine. All it takes is one bad apple who doesnt understand the correct approach.

Even though it was a weekday morning and there were still a few parking spots available, the place was already busy with customers. The greenhouse was filled with beautiful hanging flower baskets everywhere, creating such a colorful and cheerful atmosphere. Most of the baskets were priced around $35-$45, and of course I ended up finding one I absolutely loved and bought it. I also picked up some locally harvested honey while I was there. Before leaving, I made sure not to forget the organic seeds I originally came for: zucchini mix, mixed salad greens, sprout mix, and herb mix. This is always one of my favorite places for gardening inspiration, seasonal flowers, and local products.

I know they get swamped, but maybe it's time to find space for some more registers and staff. The main reason I go there now is for the huge heads of lettuce and cauliflower. They're getting less and less worth my time. Yesterday, I went for the first time this season. They overcharged me (or mismarked the plants on the racks) and they charged me for things that didn't make it into my cart. The old double whammy. As they get more expensive, they get less worthwhile.
