Free Slurpee on July 7 (Seven Eleven Day)! Thank you, Jessica G., for reminding me about the FREE Slurpee today! I searched my Yelp app for the nearest 7-ELEVEN and found this location. It shares the free parking lot with businesses such as Cricket, a salon, and a taco shop. I did hesitate for a moment about making this stop when I saw the line out the door. However, it was a warm day, a parking space opened up, and I needed to stay hydrated! Inside, an efficient male worker was making Slurpees for each customer! He knew exactly which flavors were not ready, which ones had run out, and which ones were available! He was patient with each customer and even gave everyone a straw with their cup! The woman in front of me ordered half Peach and half Piña colada. She could have said, "Two cups of Half Peach and Half Piña colada"... instead of the guy having to ask her... Oh, well... I hope that I speak for all diabetics, when I say how disappointing it is that none of your locations in the Pasadena area no longer offer Sugar-Free Slurpees. They used to be available, and aren't any longer, without any explanation or alternative. I used to be a big fan and frequent your stores. "Do you dislike customers with dietary concerns, or do you simply not care?" You are failing to recognize or consider a significant portion of your potential customer base by ignoring this. read more

I'm not sure if it the city or if the special is just gone but I always come in for Coke Zero and get 2 for $4 but they did not have that going on at this location. The service is always easy going and Pasadena is pretty nice so there aren't a bunch of crazies hanging right outside. read more

This business is going downhill fast. Dirty, smelly, unhygienic business. Doesn't honor the deals they have in their window OR listed on the 7-11 page. I watched the sales lady tell a person she wouldn't sell him a vape at the price listed on the wall next to the vape. Just flat out "no". The 7-11 promise is that coffee will always be fresh and ready or it's free..always. Well at 7:30 this morning the coffee wasnt ready. All carafes were empty. After rolling their eyes when I asked the worker if he could make some coffee I waited for it to brew and brought it up to the front. He refused to fulfill the 7-11 "promise" so I'll be getting my coffee, and other conveniences, elsewhere. Look at the buttons on the soft drink machine and tell me this is a clean properly run storefront. Health department should shut this place down. read more

I'm making this comment on Yelp for the sake of other patrons and not for the store management because based upon other reviews, the management really doesn't care. DO NOT PURCHASE AT THIS STORE!! Their associates are Rude rude rude rude!! Their ghetto employee was eating cup o noodles at the counter and talking on the cell phone and immediately declared "don't nobody ask me for shit! I'm on my break and I'm not helping nobody with nothing!" I ignored her and went to the toilet paper aisle and picked up a 6 pack. The 6 pack had two different prices on it, so I asked the male associate how much is the TP. She rudely interjects "A thousand dollars!!" Again I ignored her and the male stated $6.99. I politely took the TP back and retrieved two single rolls. Again I asked the price to the male associate. Again, the female, who's supposed to be on break, rudely interjects, "Like I said...a thousand dollars!" The whole time, she's still talking on the cell phone to someone. I ignored her agin, made my purchase and left the store. While I was sitting in my car, I realized I'd forgotten to purchase water. So I went back in. And now there are additional customers in the store. Once inside, I head to the back and she gets loud and tells the person on the phone "Uh uh, they're coming in here with a purse empty as hell. I need to get up and watch them" I was carrying a backpack, so I don't know if she was talking to me or to another customer. I went to this store to buy a sandwich. After i handed a $20 bill to the cashier he checked the bill looking through it at light and without using any testing device he declared that this bill is a fake. While i watched him, he turned around with his back and started to poor water from the faucet and crumbled it in small pieces. He showed me the torn bill and told me that i gave him a fake $20 bill. He immediately put this bill into his cash drawer and told me that he is calling the police. i realized his prank and explained to him that i don't buy his tricks to confiscate the $20 bill based on a very cheap trick with water. After i complained to him that this is a dishonest trick i told him that i will notify the store owner about this incident. The security guard asked to leave the 7 eleven store and to wait outside for the Police. They tried to intimidate me and the Police never arrived to the store. So definitely the behavior of the cashier is outrageous and he seemed so confident after he probably played this dirty prank also to other clients. This is a shameful act of con artist trick allowed by the store owner who probably doesn't care of customers complaints. read more

OK, granted, i have only been to this 7-11 between the hours of 4 and 6am on Saturday night/Sunday morning, but... the clerks are consistently hilarious and friendly. They are well stocked and have never been out of anything i've ever gone in for. Sure, there are always people hanging around outside, but who cares.. GO INSIDE and get what you need. I've never had a problem with any of them. It's also one of the only places open in the residential snoozefest that is Alta Dena/Pasadena up here 24/7... can't complain! read more

I let the cashier know that he was overcharging for an item that was priced at $1.99 but he rang it up at $2.29. I let him know. He was super rude and he said to talk to the owner. There was a line of 8-10 people waiting to buy their food, and the one employee was going around "fulfilling orders" whatever the hell that means, while everyone else just waited for her to finish wtf she was doing, so she could ring them up. She never did finish though, so some people just left. What a mess. Terrible experience today by the cashier. He yelled and belittled my wife for incorrectly filling out a lottery ticket. He should not be working in face to face public and reprimanded. The lady also behind the counter also yelled at my wife and just walked away and didn't want to help. My wife asked for the manager and nothing. She apologized and he still went off on her. The people working the 2am shift were extremely discriminatory towards a homeless man of color. Denying him something so simple as hot water for his food. When I went to ask why, the employees simply did not answer my question and continued to ignore me and be rude as I purchased my item. This seemed to be racial profiling on their behalf. It is well organized 7 11 with wide selection of everything you can urgently need. It is clean and nice. The are a little long, so I take off one star. Employees are helpful, but too tired. I think they need to hire more people to make the shorter shifts of work. read more

7-Eleven is my daily stop. There isn't a single day that I don't stop at the stores in burbank. Today I made the mistake of changing my routine, and that should teach me a lesson coming into the store ever again. Talk about dirty, the handles of the the door just to come in were nasty. Typical store with limited parking. Homeless hang out front asking for $. Various coffee flavors and mix ins. Beware the floor was grossly dirty and sticky near the coffee. I hate going in here. I live down the block and everyone that works here is always cranky. The security guard actually is the friendliest and smiles when you walk in so I'm giving It two stars for him and also because its 7-11 and perhaps that's just what you expect with that sort of place. I have never written a review on a 7-11 store. Yes, this location, unfortunately, does have some shady characters here and there, but you know what their customer service is superb! I'm not kidding. They are very kind which is really unexpected with the riff raff that goes in and out. I've been there a couple times from way across town and they handle this crazy climate quite well. read more

Came in for a quick cup of coffee before a ce course at the Hilton on Los Robles. The owner is a lady. She looks clean and well kept. My fav hazelnut was brewing so I waited a few minutes. I didn't mind because it would be fresh. She actually apologized for the wait. She complimented me. She honored my bringing in a used cup. She scanned my app. The store does not smell. The only down side which I see as a trend in all 7elevens as of late is the fact that they no longer carry sweet n low. So I bring my own. They still have equal and Splenda. read more

I like this 7-11. The manager Angie B is awesome, it's conveniently located near the 210, and has everything I need to make my day. The parking lot is kinda small so during busy times of the day it can get packed, but it's everything I want from a 7-11 so I don't mind. read more
