Coffee lovers, this one's for you!…read more I've officially made it to both Trio Coffee House locations, and they've been consistently amazing every time. Today's order: a Spanish Latte + Banana Matcha, and they were absolutely incredible. Fast service, even with a packed café, cozy vibes, and drinks that actually live up to the hype. This is your sign to treat yourself. 10/10. Already thinking about my next visit.

First, definitely plan to spend some extra time here because the food and drinks can take a while to come out. The raspberry hibiscus tea especially doesn't taste as fresh as it used to. It almost has an "old" taste to it, and I'm not sure if they changed the syrup or the way it's made, but it definitely doesn't taste the same as it did when they first opened. I've also noticed that the coffee is very inconsistent. Even when I order the exact same drink, it seems to taste different every time. Some days it's really good, and other days it tastes completely different. I'm sharing this because I genuinely used to enjoy Trio, and I'd love to see the consistency and quality return to what it was when they first opened. Do try the turkey and Pesto croissant as that's the only that tastes amazing each time I get it!

They usually have great music playing, and you can tell they enjoy working there or at least have a great team atmosphere. The lines can get long during the mornings and at random times throughout the day, but they do a great job keeping things moving by taking orders from your car before you reach the window. Since it's a walk-up/drive-thru location, customers can't go inside the building. The menu is mostly drinks, but they also offer a few pastry options. One thing to keep in mind is their drink sizes aren't the same as most coffee shops. A small is 16 oz, a medium is 24 oz, and a large is 32 oz, so double-check the sizes before ordering. I also like how customizable their drinks are, especially the different soft top flavors. My favorite drink right now is the Cocomo with banana soft top. Definitely worth trying! Overall, it's one of my go-to spots whenever I'm craving coffee. They make my drink the same way every time, and that consistency is one of the reasons I keep coming back.
