So I Decided to get soda instead the machines did not work properly aswell . It was nice to hear that they have public restaurants. All I needed was to wash some oil off my hands. The atrocities behind that door where the epitome of a stereotypical dumpster truck stop. I counted my blessings upon entering on the account i only needed to use the sink. It would only take seconds for me to realize I made made a tragic mistake not keeping the door open with my foot, although the hand dryer worked, the sink did not. Gazing at the Brown speckled inside door handle​ I would have to grab to free myself I realized there was no paper medium in stock for me to use as a barrier. Now I must complete my journey to Ramona, my hands much dirtier than when I entered​. I have the nightmarish pictures to back up the story if it will let me tag them. For the love of God, don't use the bathroom! Just in case the option isn't there to include them, trash can kicked over on its side contents spilling on the floor, toilet paper dispenser. All the double rolled the face of it pried off. Also laying on the floor, toilet seat lined with with toilet paper, some poor souls attempt at emptying their bowels which unfortunately were not flushed and left with every hue of brown God had created in several varieties of spatter of different velocities. If I could give this no stars then I would. Came in here to get taquitos $3 for $3 deal. Which was a lie I asked them if it was $3 for $3 and teller said no. I love how this company have postage of deals but won't honor them. I will never be coming back to this Establishment. Not only was I waiting to order them standing right in front of glass but they had 3 employees working and no one asked to help me. I had to ask to get service after I was ignored and they served 3-4 customers ahead of me. read more

This 7/11 is so sketchy. They sometimes don't give change correctly. I thought it was just me but I've heard it from other people as well. The guy working in the mornings is outside most of the time smoking a cigarette and sees you standing there ready to check out and doesn't come in until he's ready. I would recommend going to ampm in the mornings just to avoid the hassle. read more

Watched a homeless dude sans mask sip each of the different flavors of soda as he spilled it all over the floor. Went in for coffee and there was no sleeves or flavored creamer. It was one type of coffee... Place is a haven of nasty germs. Came in here several times and its been nasty experience every time with No covid restrictions enforced and supplies are low or out. I love that they have the hot spicy chicken kebabs. The one thing that sucks is that in the morning around 5:40 they don't have any of the taquitos or anything ready, that's a bit of a bummer. But the rest of the store is clean and well stocked, when I go in hardly anything is out of stock. The worker's there are nice and respectful, and show me where something is if I can find it. Pretty consistent in having some of the lowest non Mohsens (cash), Costco (recently rising), ARCO ($.035 fee) pricing around. This recently remodeled with it's benefits showing immediately (better lighting because it's not the greatest neighborhood). They did however keep the pumps tight (or rather people just can't get within a normal distance from the pump). The awning actually shrunk which is annoying when it's raining and windy (this is a plateau'd area). Recent improvements to nearby business' has really cleaned up the area. The inside is still blah however, small-ish selection, no Red Box, smaller store still. The staff is pretty good in the day time as it's never busy except this weird rush hour at night, but not quite latenight. I attribute this to the stoners. Staff is good on the weekends, but weeknights are a little more rough with nary a hello and finger pointing to some far off sign when you ask if they use the chip feature or not? Perhaps the name is actually in reference to the experience. Since it is consistent and never really bad maybe the 7 is the low and 11 is the high (scale of 1-15 maybe). I'm not sure, but it's worth a visit. read more

Great location that's right on the corner of Mission and Canyon. I'm glad 7-11 is across the street from am pm because I'm not really a fan of am pm. To me 7-11 is way better because the gas is of better quality and they don't charge for using your debit card. This is a new spot for 7-11 they have a several gas pumps, a bigger store and restrooms. The employees are pretty cool and I never had a problem with them or seen anyone having a problem. There is an ATM machine in the back left corner and is free to use depending who you bank with. I'm glad this 7-11 is open now and they have gas pumps so that's a plus in my book. read more

So I usually don't leave reviews for gas stations or convenience stores bc it's usually just an in and out thing but I have a pretty sour taste in my mouth after coming here. Profiling is an unfortunate thing today and bc I have piercings and a shaved head I suppose I'm a target even though I feel it's ridiculous. I'm in line for a pack of smokes and I grab a candy bar while I'm waiting. The cashier rings me up and as I'm handing her my cash, I put my candy bar away. The man next to her (manager I'm assuming?) asks if that's my candy and I look at him and tell him that right in front of his eyes, I'm paying the cashier. It was obvious that the money went into the cashiers hand yet this man has the audacity to check the register computer to make sure I was rung up for it despite the fact that the cashier AND I told him it's being paid for. Give me a break dude- if you see money being exchanged there should be NO reason to check to see if I paid for the candy. And if I was going to steal anything (which I do not do) then I can promise you that I certainly wouldn't do it in front of all of the customers and cameras and employees. Next time, maybe try not looking at someone's outward appearance and assuming that they have criminal tendencies. I'm a career woman and a mother of 4. Can you imagine that?! Won't be back here. Make sure that you don't put anything into your bag here unless you're waving your receipt around bc you'll be accused of stealing if not apparently read more

I'm very disappointed with the 7-Eleven this morning. I came into the store with my double big gulp for refill of coffee. As I went to the cashier he said " $4.00" as I looked at him so confused trying to understand what he was telling me because he did not speak English very well . I told him it was a refill cup. Then in his broken English he said yes it's $4. I can never understand this place yesterday I went there with the same refill cup they charge me $0.99. The day before that they charge me $1.35 for the refill cup same size. And today $4? It's not worth $4 for a blueberry coffee that I made myself to bring in my own cup. I guess they lost my business. I just moved into the area and I'm very disappointed at this 7-Eleven. But the bottom line is the manager does not know how to train these people on what to charge the customers on a refill cup. read more

It's a 7-11 like any other with all your needs. It has drinks, food, snacks and a restroom. It's location is convenient as it's down the street from an I-5 on ramp. The few bad things? It's independently owned and theirs NEVER any napkins in here. You always have to ask for some and the workers always act as if they "just" ran out. Really?? In ALL the napkin dispensers?? Then, just last week they decide not to place any super big gulp cups out.... all you get is a gulp, big gulp or double gulp. What the heck! What if I wanted a "super big gulp!" read more
