I shop here often. I never really have an issue. I bought a cellphone car mount and opened it right outside the door. It was broken and the guy behind the counter that just saw me buy this and open it refuses to let me swap the charger or refund my money. I will never shop at this location again. read more

HORRIBLE AND OFFENSIVE! As I was driving through the area, I decided to pull in with my nieces and nephews for a slurpee treat. At checkout, after putting our stuff on the counter, the cashier began asking my niece if she had put the she was looking at earlier back on the shelf. My niece was confused and I was completely offended. The cashier was obviously watching us the whole time, and in so many words asking if we were stealing. I told the cashier that next time she should check with the adult before questioning a child. The cashier didn't back down, and when I told her this was poor service and that I would never come again, she said "fine, don't come." I told her it was terrible way to run a business. I can't believe corporate 7-11 would allow people like this to own/work at their franchise. I just wish I hadn't already paid. I would have loved to have left all the drinks we had served ourselves on their counter and just walked out. read more

This didn't happen to me but happened while I was there. I was on my way to work and decided to stop to get some coffee. I was standing in line and the woman at the register started screaming at a customer. The customer turned red (I imagine she was very . embarrassed) I thought that was very unprofessional. I set my coffee down and left. I won't be going back anytime soon. read more

I honestly can't stress enough how horrible this 7/11 is! I've never had a good experience with them, but the worst is on 7/11 where we're supposed to get free slurpees I go in around 3:00 and the owners are yelling "no slurpees it's out of order" in their fob accents so I'm just like okay whatever and I leave. Somehow I end up there again around 11 and he says "the slurpees aren't free anymore" like okay but the machine randomly works now. The owner is ridiculous and stupid and I pray to God that someone else runs it ASAP! If you're planning to go there for a quick stop, do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens next door. read more

This morning, the horrible owner kept yelling at me when I asked her to move her car. I asked at the register if the owner of a white car that had blocked my car could move. I had been waiting a while for the driver to come out. Turned out the driver was the owner of the 7-Eleven and and blocked me in when she saw that I had walked over to Walgreens instead of coming into her store. There was a big traffic backup at that intersection due to construction. Since there was only 1 car in the parking lot next door at the 7-Eleven at 11:30 AM on a Friday, I pulled in, avoiding the construction, and helping in my small way to lessen the congestion. I walked over to Walgreens to pick up a prescription. However, when I returned the owner and another car had blocked me in, which looked odd since the rest of the lot was empty. The owner yelled that she called the police and that the tow truck was on its way. Then when I pointed out there was no sign and I didn't know it was illegal, she refused to unblock me and yelled that I would have to wait for one hour, and she said I was lucky she didn't call the police. So not sure if the police actually came at all. I then put my hands together and begged her husband who was just standing silently the whole time, to please move the car so I could get home to my granddaughter. I said I'm begging you. So he did. The lady kept screaming that she didn't care how long my family and I have been customers, and that we shouldn't come back. All this lady's yelling was in front of 2 of her customers, who seemed to side with her, so I assume they were family or friends who helped her block me in with the 2nd car. Everyone was either Pakistani or Indian, so I presume they all were connected. I'm still shaken up. Horrible, horrible experience. I'm fearful for my neighbors who might do the exact same thing I did. read more
