    Worst pharmacy on the planet.....avoid this location at all costs!!!! Rude, unknowledgeable and never have the amount or medication I need.

I was squeezing the last bit of moisturizer out of the tube, hoping I had enough to get me through the day. I did, but just barely... so it was time for a skincare run. This location was closest to me so off I went. I'm unsure if it was the sale, it being Sunday, or both but it was insanely busy. Not to mention swarmed with tweens. It was challenging to try different products due to the store being really packed. Despite this, staff were very helpful. Checkout was a quick despite the line looking long. I really appreciated the minis of items. It's nice not to have to commit to a full size when you're unsure. I would have stayed to browse more but it was too peopley & I guess that's expected for a Sunday. I'll definitely be back if I need something same day though!

I'm fair skinned and burn easily in the sun. I love the Yehwahdam bb cushion SPF 50. It goes on smooth, excellent coverage, doesn't clog your pores and looks natural. The woman here was helpful and pleasant and was great about explaining what every product does and is best used for, she also recommended the best brands with the highest efficacy. She tried several on my hand to let me feel the emulsions, serums and creams before buying any of them. I am looking forward to using the products purchased as well as the moisturizing cream wash too.

Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk today was extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment last Friday for today at 10:30 AM. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in, and waited. After some time, I was told by the receptionist that I did not have an appointment. I explained that I had called to schedule it and even showed my phone records as proof. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or look into what may have gone wrong, she repeatedly insisted that I did not have an appointment. When I suggested she check with the staff member who handled scheduling that day, she dismissively stated she didn't need to "have a conversation about something that never happened." At that point, the situation became less about the appointment and more about her approach. Her tone was condescending and unprofessional. When she said, "Anyways, so you were supposed to have an appointment at 10:30?" it felt dismissive and disrespectful--especially given that I was calmly trying to explain and provide proof. As a medical professional of 14 years, I understand that scheduling errors can happen. However, how those situations are handled is what matters. I would never speak to a patient this way, especially in a healthcare setting where empathy and professionalism should be the standard. Because of this interaction alone, I chose to leave and not proceed with the appointment. It's very unfortunate, bc I genuinely think highly of Dr. Danek, but this experience with the front desk staff is enough for me to not return again unless it's rectified.
