Without the fiber in there, I really need to avoid buying this product, because of its sugar content. My ultimate favorite Lifeway products are the White Cheese and the Sweet Kiss Cheese Spreads (they all taste like cream cheese with less carbs and calories and much more beneficial bacteria). I can't really drink the actually kefir because it reminds me of buttermilk (and I hate buttermilk). Overall, the products are excellent, and I'm glad that there are so many beneficial products for us to get our daily dose of good bugs!

As for the one thing that I cannot stand about this location is its location in general because it sits in-between Church St, Skokie Blvd and Gross Point Rd like a shack on a desert island. So, if you visit at times when traffic is at its peak, you may be subjected to having to alter your route, or stuck waiting for traffic to clear up, so you can get out of the parking lot. I called for them, and then asked if I could have the station number so that I wouldn't have to wait with them for AAA to arrive. The clerk refused this request, too. Not only is this terrible business and customer service, but it is also reprehensible personal behavior. I will not be back, and hopefully after reading this no one else will either.
