The delivery person wore a mask which in itself is incredibly important. I highly recommend...much safer than going out to the grocery stores nearby that do NOT require customers to wear masks....

Somehow the sidewalks surrounding it are caked with spilled coffee and what appears to be coffee that leaked from their garbage bags. If they just sprayed down the sidewalks when opening / closing it would improve the shop greatly. Really my most recent customer service experience inspired this review: Me: pleasantly "Good morning, how are you doing?" Barista: ...Blank Stare... in a sassy tone, "what can I get for you" Me: Proceeds to order Barista: immediately asks for tip on a $8 coffee I just feel like at $8 Starbucks should be compensating their workers enough to not ask for tips on top of rude / abrasive service. Bottom line: just buy a Nespresso and skip the high dollar sugar rush in the morning.

I have been a customer here for several years and have never had any major issues until tonight…read more At approximately 9:43 PM, I arrived at the store while the cashier was outside smoking a cigarette and acknowledged his presence with a hello. Another customer entered followed by the cashier and was served. After that customer left, I approached the entrance at approximately 9:47 PM. The posted closing time is 10:00 PM, and the store hours online also indicate a 10:00 PM closing time. As I reached for the door handle, the cashier quickly closed the security gate, locked the door, and walked away. When I knocked on the door, he turned around and simply said, "We're closed," despite it being before the posted closing time. He then shut off the lights and left through the back. What disappointed me most was not being unable to make a purchase--It was the way I was treated. I was polite, have been a regular customer for years, and was simply trying to buy a small item. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude, disrespectful dand dismissive. I hope management reviews this situation and reminds employees that customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially long-time patrons.

Pointed out tonight that the milk was listed as 50 cents cheaper than I was charged. Also mentioned that happens often. Cashier with the pins in her face said, "why are you telling me, I'm just the cashier". In other words, too lazy and indifferent to customer concerns that she should pass on to her superiors. She said I should shop somewhere else if I came in just to be a d*ck. No, I came in to buy milk and be charged the amount that is displayed. Anything above it is illegal. I went with the goal of finding picture frames for a $1 and while successful I couldn't wait to get outta here. The store was kind of a disaster- perhaps they could use some of those $1 cleaning supplies to do some spring cleaning. The staff weren't very helpful- one saleswoman gave me the evil eye when I asked if they had a tiara. A simple no would have been just fine! And a few of the people shopping here could use a good cleaning as well. 1 star for the parking spot I scored right outside and another star for the picture frames, but that's about it for this Family Dollar.

I mean if they want employees to clock out by 8pm and leave then they should show the hours as closing at 7:30 so that people like me don't waste their time.
