Not possible for people to be less friendly. You can feel the misery oozing from the pores of the people working here. Sad. The Subway inside is laughable. I wanted a salad with no shredded lettuce, just spinach and assorted veggies, and the guy was whiny about it. Wanted to give me the wet, shredded iceberg lettuce to fill the container. When he asked what dressing I wanted, he began speaking Arabic to the guy behind him without ever hearing what my response was. So, sure, I'll have the ranch dressing you already started dispensing. Why not? Oh, and no napkins. Nice. Add in that a young lady was spraying tables with some nasty-smelling solution all the while. Not good. read more

At 3:30 today 9/23 purchased gas and a car wash. The vacuum is free with a car wash. I asked the girl for two tokens for a vacuum on each side of the car so my fiancé could vacuum one side and I the another. The girl with long hair behind the counter said no, only one token per customer. We went to vacuum and could only vacuum half of the interior because the token was used. We went back to the girl to get more tokens and she said no again!!! We spoke to the Manager and then finally he put more tokens in the vacuum again. They were all laughing. They treat customers like dirt. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!! read more

Could not get my pump to work. I went in 3 different times to get the pump reset & finally I said "Maybe I should just leave and come back later? " Obviously no one wanted to help me with the pump even though no one was in line....I couldn't believe it but the clerk just shrugged & I told her that was a great way of keeping customers. No Response. I frequent that gas station often & the girls are usually great....this time was not a good experience at all. Sorry BP! read more

Gas station close to airport and across the street from Pay-less Rental Car. The gas is very expensive but its a convenient stop with a full service 24-7 Dunkin Donuts inside. Grabbed some hot coffee for our cold drive to Indiana. read more

The car wash is not operating properly and hasn't been for months. The right side vertical brushes make limited contact (1st set of brushes) or no contact (2nd set of brushes) with the car - so the entire right side of the car is barely cleaned. I've reported this twice now to the station owners and there's been no repairs made. read more
