The only true restaurant operated within is Scooter's though there are stations for hot food from other restaurants inside. The decor is well above average, reminding me of options like Wally's and Loves, with above average options of different goods to buy inside - particularly Grab and Go food. This reminds me a bit more of a Walgreens / CVS. I liked the filling stations as well, well spaced and look like they support new technologies. While large touch screens seem to be more and more common, I do appreciate the extra large buttons on the interface.

I was immediately told in a very aggressive tone that lottery is closed. I can use the machine. Trust me, I would have preferred to use the machine, but the ticket I wanted was behind the register. I then asked why scratch-off lottery was closed and he yelled that they close at 9? Still prompting for an explanation, as I knew that you could purchase and redeem lottery scratch-off tickets, until 2am, he simply screamed that it was closed and to get out. On each of our shopping visits, employees have generally failed to greet or acknowledge us, even when we approach them for assistance. When we do ask for help, their responses often come across as curt, dismissive, and as though helping a customer is an inconvenience. For a company that takes pride in being employee-owned, this is particularly disappointing. One would hope that employee ownership would foster a greater sense of pride, engagement, and commitment to the customer experience, along with a shared interest in the store's success. Woodman's has a great concept and offers shoppers a lot of potential value. However, the lack of warmth and welcoming customer service creates an uninviting atmosphere that detracts from the overall shopping experience. We wanted to share this feedback because we would genuinely like to see Woodman's live up to its reputation and become a store we enjoy visiting regularly. A simple greeting, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to assist customers would go a long way toward making shoppers feel welcome and appreciated.

This location is not my "home" location, but it is close to my office and other bi-weekly activities so I fill up when I am in the area. This location usually has long lines and the flow of traffic is less patient than what I am used to--I am used to cars that will fill in and empty all 3 stations at a time instead of driving around pedestrians one at a time. The gas station is usually functional, clean, and cleared in inclement weather. It's pretty self service, but I do see the attendants in case of emergency.

Our rental car came with a close to empty gas tank, so needed to find fill up. We found the nearest Costco warehouse, and was very pleasantly surprised at how there were no lines...we had our choice of pump. This location consists of 3 islands, with the first two having 3 pumps and the far right island having 2: meaning 16 nozzles can be dispensing at the same time. The POS process was exactly the same as in other locations: tap your Costco credit card which does double duty of validating your membership and authorizing your credit card. You choose your grade (only two choices of either 87 or 93 octane), pump. 3.66 a gallon. Didn't need to stop inside the warehouse store itself, so we were quickly on our way.

For me, it's the convenience of the location as it is down the road from my gym, the high school, etc. The pump area is usually clean and working well and I do not fret too much about the security of my information at Costco: gas. I like having a garbage can so I can empty out my daughter's stuff while I fill up. The staff is attentive and I see them help others with the gas, receipts, etc. time and time again. Sometimes patrons drive crazily around the pumps, but that is not to any fault of the facility. I appreciate having affordable gas so close!
