They don't keep normal customer service records and make the customer look up the record number so they can supposedly look through their files for it; this is how they added on a bunch of weird unnecessary charges for her car by saying well we don't know if it was done or not, even though "it" wasn't causing any problems and wasn't even a real thing as far as I can tell. They tell you they're not going to do the work until they call and let you know what they're going to do and how much it's going to be but instead they actually go ahead and do the work anyway and then charge you for it. No respect, no boundaries. Liars. Scam artists and creeps. I don't know if they do this to men or if they're just misogynists.
