The automatic car wash though leaves a lot to be desired. It's a slow process. If there are a few cars ahead of you, you can expect to be there quite a while. Each car takes 5-7 minutes. (I timed it... What can I say? I was bored waiting in line.) 5 cars ahead of you? That's close to a half-hour wait. Plus the wash is actually more of a rinse, and it doesn't dry your car well either. It never gets my side panels clean. I used to bring two rags with: One to clean the side panels, and one to dry off the car. If you don't hand dry it then you end up with water spots all over the car. You'll notice I used the term "used to". That's because I don't bother with the car wash anymore. But for gas, this place is A-OK.

I went to this gas station car wash and paid for a full wash, but the machine never started. It took my money and gave me nothing in return--no wash, no refund, no help. If you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs. Total scam.

So I hear this place is under new management, and it is kitty corner from my old high school, so I…read moreknew where it was. What brought me here was my friend who now also lives in the area said they had a special $12.99 oil change to celebrate this. Since I needed a new oil change and didn't need my fluids checked (as they do at Walmart but it costs more and synthetic oil) I said sure. I get there and it was busy, some waiting for a change or just getting gas, the place itself didn't seem to be that different from when I remember; it was always a gas station here. People were inside working but I know they noticed me as one of them looked at me, but decided to wait a minute to actually say anything, and it was in short sentences. He called another guy This guy was right to the point and professional, and the wait was nothing. I wish they had wifi, but not a big deal nor contributing factor to score. I asked about taking pics for this review...they pointed me to a guy outside taking down the special sign (this was an hour before they closed ) so I asked him to tkae come pics of the garage for the review. Very curtly he said no and pretty much ignored me after that, which it did put me off, as all I wanted to do was to make this profile. I guess I am venting but it IS a new biz and he could have been more tactful. The other thing was....my buddy was running late so he asked me to call what time it closed. I thought 5 but called and the person on the other end had told me that they were closed. He also said the price I paid for the oil change was going to be the nirmal price, unless I misunderstood, and I don't think I did. After calling my friend up he told me he had also called and said that they were open still. Whatever. I did like the fact (according to the signage on the wall) that 2 pumps were handicap/elderly full service pumps. So if you are in the area...you could get it done here...I would call on what the price is. Pics are posted, one may show price but after the phone call and exchange, best to be sure. I did take a couple of pics as I drove up to the place and a couple on site.
