She then says besides, he can't do propane exchanges when he's alone. I say, he's not alone your here. She then says I'm leaving Now. So all I hear are excuses and horrible customer service. I then go to my car and watch as this blonde stays for another 10 minutes. I think she was too lazy to get the propane. Regardless will never go back for anything. Horrible service. She should have just stuck to the story of her manager taking the keys home for the propane. Stay away from this place. I would give no stars if I could.

It is on my route to work, to grocery shopping, and to my son's school. Prices are competitive and the car wash does an okay job. BUT . . . On my last visit - and it will be my LAST visit to this gas station - I made the foolish mistake that a lot of us make: The door to my gas cap is attached to the cap. and comes off the car, and I placed the door and cap on the trunk of my car while filling up, forgot to put it back, and drove off without it. Obviously it slid off the back of the car as I drove away. Discovering this later in the day, I returned to the gas station on the off chance that someone had found it and placed it by the pump or had turned it in to the cashier inside. I went in, walked up to the register and asked, "I got gas earlier and forgot to replace the gas gap. By any chance did someone turn in a gas tank cap?" The cashier stared at me . . . no, that's not right. The cashier GLARED at me, and after several moments of silence snapped nastily at me, "I work in HERE! I don't work out THERE!" I was taken aback by his response but replied, "No, I wasn't asking if YOU found one. I was asking if someone might have turned one in." More silence. A longer silence and more glaring. Then another snap at me: "No one turns in anything around here. Go look in the trash!" and he turned his back on me and walked away. I was totally flummoxed. What on earth did I do or say to elicit such a response? Beats me, but I know what my response will be: Drive past this BP station and never get gas there again. There are other stations nearby that take my Mariano's loyalty discount account, and I'll be frequenting them in the future instead. By the way, happy end. Finished up the transaction and the receipt didn't print...no more paper. I walked in the get a printout with my car wash code on it. Drove to the car wash and it says it's closed. It's only 6:30pm so I went back to the gas station and of course they wouldn't refund the car wash and just said they should be open till 9pm. I went back to the car wash and walked in to the office. The old guy came out of the back room saying I couldn't come in and to go outside. I waited a few minutes for him and he was just rude. He said he was closed, o asked him why was it allowed at the pump? He said come back tomorrow the code is still good tomorrow. I told him I don't live too close and was just filling up with a wash. He reluctantly opened the car wash and asked me to pay for the car wash after I already paid at the pump and gave him the receipt with the code on it. When I got home, I checked the first credit card and IT WAS CHARGED $14.81, After the cashier said that it didn't take the info to be charged. This was on 4/16/17 at 15:18:08 per the receipt.
