We asked a staff member nicely for assistance. Instead, a staff with red hair looking like kool aid mascott began raising her voice at us, repeatedly calling us "stupid" and saying the machine was out of service. There was no sign indicating it was out of service, and the machine had already accepted our credit card. All we did was request assistance, yet we were treated as if we had done something wrong. This behavior is unacceptable. The employee needs proper training on how to handle customer issues instead of jumping to conclusions and acting like she is running a prison.
