The young inexperienced attendant told me to put my car in "D2" instead of "N" for neutral,,,,,,…read morethe car moved up the belt and then was stopped....another attendant tapped on my window told me to put the car in neutral... I explained what his co-worker told me to do.. the worker than said put the car in reverse I told him I wasn't backing the car up if he wanted to back it up... he could but i wasn't . The worker backed the car up and by doing so put holes in both tires on the drivers side. The tires didn't go flat I was able to drive the car home but woke up to two flat tires...again, like I said on the drivers side I called the car wash twice and left them a long text explaining what happened. I never heard a word back. I was completely ignored. Terrible customer service!! I was told they now have a sign that says....Put Your Car In Neutral.... Instead of a sign train your employees!! I will never return.... If anyone ever mentions the business I'll make it my mission to talk them out of going there.

The wash came out great! The vacuum job inside looked great and they wiped down the seats. So far since the wash it has rained and my car dried with no spots as if I took it through the car wash again. I'd say the amount for the wash was worth it. I'll be back.
