I've generally had good experiences at this location but there is no excuse for Dunkin not to fix this or even reply. I have went to Tim Hortons instead until they fix this.

And this happened under the cameras and many people presently at the moment. i walked out and promises myself to not press charging. But for sure they lost a customer. As such, I haven't been able to try this place out properly. A 12:57pm, they didn't have any iced coffee and unfortunately didn't have an espresso machine either. I got some iced tea (which was a lemon iced tea with a little bit of sugar) and a breakfast sandwich to go. The breakky sammy was good, although a bit too much bread for the contents. I hope to be able to try their coffee later and I really hope they can expand their hours and succeed in this location. I oftentimes find myself wanting a coffee here at 3pm, but by that time; it's unfortunately closed.
