Placed a mobile order on 10/25/2025 at 5:04 am like I do quite often on Saturdays. Got to the store at 5:11am and it was closed. Lights out and doors locked. Unable to get my order and so far I am still waiting for someone to respond from dunkin to my requests for a refund or even an explanation. I've generally had good experiences at this location but there is no excuse for Dunkin not to fix this or even reply. I have went to Tim Hortons instead until they fix this. read more

I just got Robbed today by the donkey donuts service cashier lady. i know the place was a little overwhelmed today. but this is no excuse for not returns my money. i was waiting for so longer that i couldn't taken anymore. so i asked my money back as she kipped asking if paid with card. i give her the receipt which was clear that was paid with cash. i did know you can pay donkey with cash and getting cash back.. she got upset because i said looked at the receipt you see the changes back i have from the previous cashier. but she decided to roll the receipt and through out on trash and not returning my money. And this happened under the cameras and many people presently at the moment. i walked out and promises myself to not press charging. But for sure they lost a customer. We recently came through this Dunkin' drive thru and had a good experience. It was in the evening, around 9pm. I appreciate that this Dunkin' was open later, as coffee isn't just for breakfast--it's also for night owls! :-D I am a Dunkin' loyalist. IMHO, it is the best chain-store coffee. It tops Tim's. It tops Starbucks. It tops our local Spot chain. Dunkin's regular hot coffee is always fresh and smooth, a nice light-medium roast, never with any bitter, overcooked aftertaste. It's just an entirely pleasant cup o' joe' every single time. We had two XL Dunkin' regular coffees black, as well as a medium iced coffee double/double. The medium iced was just because it was free through the app. The Dunkin' app has excellent freebies, usually "free with purchase" offers. So the hubbs tagged on the extra medium iced since it was free, just to really burn the midnight oil, haha. All in with the app deal we were at $6.78 for two XL coffees and a medium iced, not a bad tab! For GREAT coffee! The drive-thru window attendant was a very friendly young man, and our order came out fast and hot, or iced, done appropriately for each beverage. :-D If you too are a Dunkin' fan, this location satisfies with that same quality coffee you expect from any Dunkin' and friendly, accurate service--and stays open late for my fellow night-owls out there! ;-) read more

Coming right off the highway heading to the Fashion Outlet Mall you spot this DD. You see a large location. And a large parking lot. And a drive thru lane that is not in the way. You think "Great. I'll pop in here before I get to the mall." You park and go in. At first you think this is great. Tons of tables. Not too loud music or tv noise. Then you see the line in front of you. That's the first clue. But you think "it's Dunkin. It will move along". So you get in line. And don't move. For a while. Even though there's a sign welcoming busses there was not one in front of you. Turns out it's a combination of things. One is those people who order very complicated things. And then they start picking out different types of donuts one at a time to make 2 dozen. Yikes. I've said it before, there should be a line for "coffee only". As in hot coffee with or without milk and sugar. But the other issue here is the employees. They are super pleasant. Always a good thing. But they are slow slow slow at filling the orders. I've given this location plenty of chances. I don't think I'll be back. As Canadians, we had always heard great things about Dunkin Donuts and we left feeling disappointed. The service was fine. In fact, our server was quite friendly and helpful and our order came to us fairly quickly but the quality didn't match the hype. The coffee tasted watered down and weak. We aren't even sure what our iced coffee tasted like but it wasn't the iced coffee we are used to. To top it off, the donuts are more cake than doughnut. I go to this location a lot because it's location is very convenient. However, I have a few easy-to-fix complaints, so I'm hoping owners actually look at these!! Firstly, never enough staff. Don't ever go here in a hurry because it could take 15 minutes to get through drive thru and that's if they don't mess up your order. Staff is unfriendly for the most part (they would never get hired at Tim Hortons). The garbage can at the end of the drivethru line is always overflowing, which just seems like laziness of staff. Lastly, iced coffee is not difficult to stir when you're making it. I shouldn't have to stir my own drinks with a plastic straw when they have metal spoons made for that. Have never written a review before but thought the experience here deserved one. Overall summary is that the person at the counter was unprofessional and rude which really spoiled our morning breakfast. Usually I really like dunkin donuts, their staff is really polite which makes the experience so much better. He mixed up Frozen Hot chocolate with hot chocolate. So when the order came we asked for our drink to be changed. Instead of being accommodating he said it's not his fault it's our fault. We never said it was anybody's fault. We just asked for our drink to be changed. He didn't seem to want to change our drink. Finally we asked some other guy and he helped us but said in a rude tone that you need to pay the difference! Of course I'll pay. (Even though in most places when outlets mess up they give you the correct order without extra charge). Anyway, once the order changed, I asked for the bill back, he just said "No!". I gave up after that. Also, I've never seen such a long line in DD, which pointed to how slowly the guy was taking orders. At the end just want to say that it wasn't Dunkin Donuts, but the person at the counter who spoiled everything. Never had such a bad experience in my 8 months in the USA. read more

Very nice people but the dining area is always dirty. Also I went to use the restroom and the lock didn't work.

The 2 50ish ladies that work there in the mornings are NOT friendly at all and sometimes just down right rude. One of them even swore at us. If they hate their jobs so much, they should do us all a favor and leave. The portion size of the food items seem smaller than other D&Ds that we have been to also. One morning we came in and they had NO baked items at all due to their bakers not coming in. They don't sweeten the iced tea very well even when asked to put extra in it. Have no plans of going back after a month of this nonsense. Can't say that we didn't give them several chances. read more
