We had a need for a needle and thread. My BIL said he thought Walgreens might have a small kit. As soon as I walked in, I stepped up to the counter for staff assistance. Staff did not know and called on his intercom. The answer was yes and he sent me to the aisle. I found a few different kits that would be successful. I bought one and was on my way. This review is for the Pharmacy specifically, and for the Walgreens app. This pharmacy used to be open 24/7, which was a dream for anyone who works odd hours. I happen to work overnights, and ever since the Covid Era this pharmacy has had limited hours and staff. I used to be able to pick up my prescriptions before or after work - but not anymore. Now, they're closed when I wake up for work and they don't open until three hours after I get out of work. Because I am an adult with a life and other obligations: it is difficult for me to get to Walgreens to pick up my prescription at the very moment it is ready. I recently went into the pharmacy to pick up a script that the app said was ready and - they had cancelled it because I 'did not pick it up in time.' This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I promise I am not lazy, it is just impossible for me to get there the same day. If I have to wait a couple of days - screw me, I guess, because then the prescription has been cancelled and I have to wait 45+ minutes in the store for them to fill it again. On my most-recent trip, the cashier was...and I'm sorry to say this, but I didn't get her name...a hood-rat looking young woman. She had a bad dye job, too-dark makeup, and a nasty attitude. I'd ask her a question ('How long after a prescription is ready do you cancel if it it isn't picked up?') and she'd respond with rolled eyes and an unrelated question ('Did you wanna wait for it or nah?') She mumbled a lot, too: not just to herself but also while speaking to me. She was barely audible, except when I said: 'No, don't bother filling it, I'm not waiting,' and I turned to walk away. Then is when she SCREAMED: 'Well that was rude!!!' Oh, I was rude? For expecting to pick up my prescription that the app said was ready & waiting to be picked up? Alright, then. I filed a complaint about her on the Walgreens site. I moved my prescriptions elsewhere. This pharmacy is a joke. The app is annoying. You can either enable or disable notifications. If you don't enable notifications then you aren't notified when your prescriptions are ready. And a lot of times, you'll get a 'Your prescription is processing' notification, then a 'Your prescription is ready' notification immediately followed by a 'Your prescription is delayed' notification - and then no further notifications, so you have no idea whether your prescription is ready or or not unless you call the pharmacy. I've called the pharmacy - the typical wait time to speak to a live human (not even a pharmacist - just a cashier) is one hour. And If you do enable notifications then you will be notified when your prescriptions are ready BUT you'll also get notifications for when sunscreen is on sale, or what Memorial Day groceries deals are happening, and MORE notifications for every other item that is on sale. read more

I had an online appointment at this Walgreens which was confirmed by text. When I showed up the next day for my 9:10 appointment I was informed my health care provider would have to issue me a prescription for the Covi-19 booster even though I'm over 65‼ I received a text at 9:07 cancelling this appointment but I was already there‼ I asked why I wasn't informed sooner, she said we're short staffed and we open at 8:00. Once again, they called me (several times) to say i had a perception ready. the app ahowed it ready... i aslo refilled a second order on their app it said it would be ready at 2pm. but at 4pm, that one wasnt just not ready, but the wouldn't even contact the prescriber about getting it refilled... after some begging on my end, they gave me a 5 day emergency fill... side note: The order before me also wasnt ready, and the one behind me[I overheard] was filled incorrectly. Perhaps this store would do better business if they sourced all their efforts on bekng an over priced convince store... read more

The customer service at this Walgreens was by far the best I have ever received. Jane was so helpful and really wanted to help me get exactly what I needed. Such a sweet person in general who cares. Especially since recently I've had such bad experiences with Walgreens It's refreshing to know that I can count on this one! Definitely the best Walgreens in this area by far! Pharmacy stinks, filled a RX last week, came home to find there was no syringe so I called, they told me I could stop by and get one. I asked if they could bring one to me ( as it was there fault) and they said no. ( I did have one extra at home) Well today my mail man brought me a letter with the syringe and a note saying to pay the mail man $3.25, he told me this should have never been done this way and especially a syringe in the mail!! I told him to give it back, heck, I already paid my co-pay, why should I pay more as it was them who made the mistake. he laughed and said no problem. Also, be sure you check your RX that the dose is right, about 5 months ago my mom noticed her does was written out wrong. I am now going to a different pharmacy. read more

Pharmacy: Pro: open 24 hrs Con: was extremely slow for me on a Friday night (7-8pm). I waited one hour for one prescription (6 tablets of antibiotic) to be filled. I had to ask multiple times if it was ready and was told that 'pharmacist need to count it' on two occasions. Think I will stick with Walmart during normal pharmacy hours. read more

Do not use walgreens unless you need three emails per day about deals and you like waiting in long lines here. Staff is hit or miss with quality. Phone lines always busy . Long wait times, and you can see unhappy workers. Avoid. read more

I love this Walgreens, ever employee there is nice and welcoming. The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a hello. They are very helpful when you are looking for make up and just about anything in the store. The pharmacy staff is great as well, two times my door sent me a script over and they pharmacy noticed it wasn't right and I shouldn't be taking this medicine or he sent me over two muscle relaxers and the pharmacy staff noticed it right away. I love that their open 24 hours and it doesn't take long to fill your orders, the most I've waited was 20 minutes. read more

Turned a prescription in at 8pm on this rainy, busy Saturday night. Very pleasant pharmacy tech said if I wanted to wait it would be 30 minutes. I was astonished to be called at 8:31 that it was ready. Thanks for the efficient, friendly service on a night I was feeling quite crummy. read more
