Beware there are expiration dates on all the tickets, every single one. The one way tickets can usually be used for another half year, and possibly the round trip tickets too. However, if you get the pack of 10, you save money but you have only around 1 month to use it all. The gentleman selling the ticket behind the register has always been the same guy - a friendly man. Although looks a bit shabby inside and the shelves often appear to be pretty empty/need restocking, the employees are friendly and there is a small mom&pop shop feel which is quite a change from the massive chain stores.

DATE OF BIRTH," without a single polite phrase or tone. I mentioned I was picking up three prescriptions. She bluntly responded, "There is only one," and made no effort to look further or offer assistance in checking for the others. There was no conversation, no attempt to be helpful--just short, clipped commands. At checkout, she barked, "SIGN THE PAD!" again with no pleasantries or basic customer courtesy. The transaction ended without even a "thank you" or any closing acknowledgment. With so many options now available--from online pharmacies to in-store services at Target and grocery chains--you'd expect CVS to prioritize customer experience.
