Amazing! Drinks are so good and workers are so accommodating with my allergies. Today I was studying for my AP Gov final and a worker walked up and gave me a free cake pop! So grateful, I needed the pick me up! read more

Terrible actually insulting experience! I door dash, I asked to use the bathroom they said sure. The bathroom door did not lock. When I told the lady at the front desk, she says yes she said in her most condescending boic voice."yes it does" I told her I would show her, she said I'm not getting into a restroom with you, which was not my intention even a little bit. Then the lady behind her said have a good day, sir and her most stern voice. 2:30 pm Sunday 10/12 Dennis Odds of me accepting door dash orders are. In flux at best. read more

Typical Starbucks, there's not anything special that sets it apart. There were only two people working with a good amount of customers for a busy day near Halloween in Mew Hope Pennsylvania. The staff was good although they appeared tired and overwhelmed. I blame Starbucks management as they make so much profit and understaff the stores everywhere. Good selection of coffee and tea. Just ordered a peach tranquilly hot tea which was good. At least the place was clean although the napkin holders at the station for sugar, napkins etc. were completely empty. It's ok although be prepared to wait on line. read more

A moment in time. I'd ordered an artery clogging Zlappocheeno, wondering where the cardiologist coupon was and sat in the empty lounge and became engrossed in photos of Queen Elizabeth's Double Rainbow over Buckingham Palace today. There's magic out there. And then quick like a puckish lightening sprite came the delightful shaggy haired blonde young coffee anglista and nearly slid, in a hunched posture like a roadie plugging in a bassist's unplugged thunder machine trying not to be noticed but glowing like a road flare and szzzzssssh came the drink gracefully sliding down my coffee ...table and then just as quickly, she vanished. She brings joy. Maybe not every second of every day but quite often and so for those thirty seconds, she brightened this dark day of the death of Queen Elizabeth II for the man in too blue suit. read more

They move the line quickly. The employees know their stuff. The drinks are always consistent. I like the back room you can sit in and drink your coffee and use their wifi. Outdoor seating along bridge street is great for people watching. You'll likely have to get there on foot because street parking is limited. read more

Typical Starbucks! Hip music in the background, friendly baristas, neat store with cool designs on the wall. First time trying the maple pecan latte and it was a whole lot better than PLS (yes I said it). Love the smoothness of the coffee and the flavor is not overwhelming. Highly recommended ! Not related but one of the fuse went out while we were waiting in line and I guess that was the highlight of my day. No one got hurt and the staff were great in defusing the situation. read more

All the coffee-type goodness you would come to expect from a Starbucks in a convenient, just over the bridge into PA, conveniently trafficked, quaint house-type location. Clean. Coffee. Friendly people. Lots of places to sit inside and outside (big porch.) It is not Dunkin Donuts. All good things. It can be tough to find a place to park (err it has been any time i'm ever there, i'm sure its much less of a hassle during a tourist lull) but if you head right after the bridge, you should be able to find an out-of-the-way street spot as long as you don't mind a little walk back. For coffee, I do not mind. During today's visit I was a little bummed that they didn't have a fresh vat of Christmas Blend (my favorite cold-weather coffee) that I could stick directly into a vein of my choosing, but I did manage to bold my day up with a bit of Italian Roast. If you can get a seat outside, relax a bit, eat some Internet, and watch cars run the red light just after the bridge into town over the Delaware. Also, if you are an avid collector (and an overall gold card carrying Starbucks addict) like myself, you can grab your 100% official Philadelphia Starbucks Mug (complete list below - yes, there is a list.) and be on your merry way. Just be sure to actually visit Philly (I have, don't worry) so its real and actually counts. ----- List! http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Guide_to_Collectible_Mugs/Starbucks_City_Mugs#Countries_.26_Cities_Starbucks_Mug_Series read more

Madison B is certainly a sight to see. She rang me up as happy as can be. The way she whipped up my frapp was the bee's knees. No better barista than she. That's my official decree. Come here you won't be disappointed guaranteed. Madison if you're reading this, my number is 215-237-8433 read more

Surprisingly enough I've only been here once (I think). The space was small but very clean and really light and airy, despite its dark brick exterior. There is a small area for seating, just a few tables. My drink was really good but the staff didn't seem to care much about the customers. They were definitely more into their own conversations because they did not engage with any of the three parties that came in, which was really disappointing to experience. It almost felt like you were burdening them by being there. There is also seats available outside which is really nice since the entrance is right in the middle of New Hope and seated right alongside the bridge to Lambertville! read more

From the low reviews I've seen on here, most scream "entitled middle-aged Karen who flinches at anyone who looks different from her." I get it. You're so upset that the world doesn't revolve around you to the point where your only source of releasing your elderly pent-up anger is through Yelp with reviews that absolutely make no sense. What does an employee's makeup have to do with your coffee or midlife crisis? Joan L. (A Yelp "reviewer") if you don't have respect for yourself at LEAST have some respect for others. Also, this has nothing to do with the review (see, self awareness my guys!) but all the employees always dress so cute, I absolutely love it! Also, not to be obvious Paul P. but you're in the middle of a tourist attraction... I don't know what kind of business meeting is chosen in a busy town/area, maybe a lack of common sense rather than stars. Lastly, Nicole B. nowhere in New Hope has a "drive thru." It sounds like you're not from the area, which is confusing given your profile says you are. Onto why I gave five stars... this Starbucks is outstanding and cater to every customer for any request. They are extremely understanding when there is a mistake and are more than willing to fix it for you. Sincerely, An individual with common sense who does not judge one's work ethic based on looks read more

Great Starbucks, they make some pretty good secret menu drinks. Google it and they are more than likely to make it for you here. Service and drinks are well made here but there are some flaws to this Starbucks. The seating area has like no windows. I felt like I was sitting a box. The restroom lines are usually long and restrooms are sometimes out of order. Many of the tourist who come visit New Hope use Starbucks as a public restroom. Verdict - Great location and if you wanna try some whacky secret menu flavors, the people here can try their best at making those drinks. I tried some cotton candy drink and it really tasted like cotton candy. There is also outdoor seating here and Lambertville is right across the bridge. It's a good corner spot to take a break and enjoy some refreshments. read more

This is THE Starbucks - smack dab in the middle of New Hope's tourist district. Right over the bridge from Lambertville. And while, I tuly believe that "friends don let friends drink Charbucks" (or "Fourbucks") this one is not bad. Nice customer service and the line (if there is one) moves quickly. As Fourbucks goes - this is one of the better locations. read more

This place is usually mobbed on the weekend, but on the other hand, there's nothing better than strolling down Main Street with a hot cup of coffee on a cool fall day. Drinks are made with care, and some of the servers are really friendly (Jess was so nice and called us by name, which I wasn't expecting). They've got a public bathroom you can use too. It does usually have a line though (of course). read more

I know this might sound a little odd... since every Starbucks is/should be exactly the same... but the New Hope location is my favorite Starbucks of all time! Each and every time I've visited this location they have made my iced venti non-fat 3 pump Cinnamon dolca latte correctly. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered this drink only to get a huge cup of something that tasted like dirty water. Not here at New Hope. Plus the staff is friendly, but not nosey. There is a convenient parking lot behind the store (though you do need to pay). read more

Probably my favorite starbucks in the entire state. I'd give it 5 stars if they had a parking lot, but I cant really fault them for that because its Main st. Legit took a sip of a coffee and the heavily make up'd employee (that level of gross make up shouldn't even be allowed) told me to wait until I'm outside. Excuse me, what if I don't like my drink? Get outta here. So rude. Starbucks sucks anyway. Dunkin is better. read more

Take a step back when approaching this historic landmark, first floor roastery, this isn't your regular strip mall 'Bucks. This be-seen locale offers the perfect porch viewpoint to look down upon the feeble tourists that keep this colonial town afloat. Not for the non-elitist, there's a Dunkin across the street for the peasants. Enjoy your $4 cup'o'Joe in peace and quiet countryside nobles! Even with all its bells and whistles, it's still a Starbucks. Just as upidty at the next. It's in a perfect location for walking traffic. Service is quick and polite. Make sure you find street parking to save some dough instead of the lot out back. Someone is getting rich off that. Street parking is free before 9 or 10 am for the morning goers. The historic building adds a nice touch and separates it from the other run-of-the-mill chains in the area. read more

I am a regular at Starbucks. 5 days a week I was going for my morning breve latte, that's about $5.25 a day, times 4 weeks, that's $105. a month. And However, if my husband and grandkids are with me it is much more as they usually want something to eat and often times a thermos and reuseable to go cup! Recently, I went in and upon ordering my coffee I discovered it was twice the usual price. When I questioned the person behind the counter about this I was told "yes prices had increased", "by double?" I inquired (almost just paying it). When another employee looked at the register and asked if I ordered one or two? I said one. He realized I'd been charged twice. He apologized explaining the girl on register was brand new. No worries. We are all new employees at one time or another in our lives and mistakes are made, and then easily rectified. I was told by this young gentleman that they made the correction (although I was never given a receipt; my mistake but I have literally been coming here for 6 years and didn't think it necessary). When I arrived home later that day I was on line with my bank checking my deductions when I noticed that yes, Starbucks had charged me double, and then took it off. However, I noticed that they than charged me twice for the same drink showing two separate transactions. Again, knowing the girl at the register to be new I realized she simply made another error. I decided I would call Starbucks to see what they could do about it. I spoke to "Danni", whom I assumed to be a young manager. I explained to her what happened. She remembered me, as I said, I'm in there a lot. She told me to simply come back when she was on duty and she would give me my next coffee making up the difference. I told her that would be fine. However, when I went back she wasn't there. I explained to the cashier what happened and she told me to wait for Danni to come back in. So I did. Today Danni was in. I went up to the counter and brought to her memory what had happened. However, on this occasion she told me I needed to prove it with my bank statement. Now I'm standing there feeling embarrassed asking for a refund for one cup of joe, while at the same time being looked at and spoken to as if I was just trying to get a free coffee. Someone needs to speak to these young people about customer service, especially the regulars. Not only did I spend what I believe was a nice amount of money on coffee and other items per month but I was also a generous tipper. The only person whom I ever met at this location who knew anything about customer service was the night "Brandon" who has worked there for quite some time. He is simply heavenly to deal with and knows the value of a repeat customer who has been nothing but kind and understanding towards your staff. I am not saying I'll never be back but it might take a while for the sting to subside. I'll also insist upon a receipt each and every time. If you can't trust me why should I trust you? Receipts should be mandatory, not asked "do you want a receipt" , if you are going to treat your customers this way. Today my star rating is going to be very low. read more

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location. The cashiers are friendly and there is an extensive amount of seating both inside and outside. I prefer the outdoor seating because it has a nice view of downtown New Hope. It can get pretty crowded, but the wait isn't too long and it is definitely worth it. The coffee is quite good for a chain restaurant and I have been here many times. read more

OK..this Worldwide franchise sits on corner , between Bridge & Main st, sure gets good business. Love the fact its right on corner, pillar , from old building . The inside is quaint, very spacious. If you are looking for the perfect combination of coffee drinks and people watching then this is the place for you. With the perfect location in New Hope there is never a dull moment with the hustle and bustle of this wonderfully populated town. The location is perfect for people watching but the parking can be tricky. On busy days such as the weekends all meters are taken and it may take a few trips around to find a spot. The Starbuck's is a hidden gem among all the other glammed and obvious shops throughout New Hope. The simplicity of the brick is important. With the pleasant porch that has chairs and tables, sets the mood even before a customer sets foot in the shop. The interior of this Starbucks is very neat and tidy with a relaxing feel. If staying a long time do not fear, the bathrooms are very clean but only have one bathroom for each sex which can become inconvenient if a line forms. As it is such a prime location, many customers are only to be expected. At certain times such as weekends there are lines that are not the most convenient when waiting for your delicious beverage. The beverages and snacks to go with are very good. Do not be afraid if you have a special request, the workers are very friendly and appreciate good clientele as much as you appreciate good workers. Walking in the large doors you will be engulfed in the delicious smell of different coffees. After getting your drink and scone you can choose to go to the inside seating where there are both seats with tables as well as comfy arm chairs to sit back and relax while sipping your drink. On a nice day I recommend sitting outside and enjoying the town from one of the tables on the outside porch. This starbucks is best for the atmosphere the town itself brings. I assume everyone knows the basics of Starbucks from the different options of drinks to tall, grande and venti size. Since Starbucks is a chain coffee store I would say the one in new hope is best for its surroundings and the feel of the place. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! I come here intermittently when my local coffee shop is unavailable. In all my years living in the area, the staff have always been extremely friendly and efficient. The location itself is clean and cozy, I love the sitting area for studying when I was in school. Only complaint is the location is hard to access due to no street parking surrounding the building, as well as being situated right along the bridge. I will continue to patriotism this shop! read more

Nice location in the heart of New Hope. The design is definitely favored to get you in and out of the store, as there is very little indoor seating. The outdoor patio is quite large. And this must be the only Starbucks I've ever encountered that doesn't have any available outlets? I'm sure they get a lot of day trippers trying to charge their phones, but seriously not even one outlet? My hometown Starbucks has probably 20 outlets and USB plugs. They got our order wrong and couldn't figure out how to use my Starbucks Rewards coupon. But I suppose at least they were pleasant about it. Overall, not the greatest, but not the worst. I think next time I'll go across the street to Dunkin Donuts. read more
