The resident cheese monger, always has a wide rotating selection of cheeses available and a limited selection available for sampling. I've never had a bad cheese from their well curated selection and the resident cheese monger on staff is among the most knowledgeable people on cheese I've ever encountered. I typically ask what she recommends each time I come in, and it has never once steered me wrong. Her cheeses are phenomenal. On top of that they also have a small selection of other items for your pantry, including various types of nut butters that I'd highly recommend. Well worth a visit!

I've been going to Pru Thai's Clinton location for years, and while I actually prefer the atmosphere of the Lambertville location, I definitely prefer the food in Clinton. I ordered the Crying Tiger Beef (gluten-free) here, which is one of my favorites in Clinton, and while it was still good, it wasn't nearly as flavorful as what I'm used to at the Clinton location. Overall, a great experience and an absolutely beautiful restaurant, but if I were choosing between the two Pru Thai locations, I'd personally head to Clinton for the food and Lambertville for the atmosphere.
