As someone who appreciates pistachio cream- the typical gluten containing Dubai chocolate bar has left me with some FOMO. But FOMO no more! Sciascia Confections provides both full Dubai chocolate bars and smaller Dubai chocolate truffles. I opted for the smaller truffle variety in milk chocolate. The rich and creamy pistachio filling mixed with the gluten kataifi was a party in my mouth.
