I've been coming to this convenience store every week for about a year to buy my vapes, and until…read moretoday I'd never had a single issue. Earlier today, I purchased a vape that turned out to be defective. It would work intermittently and then stop. I returned about two hours later, politely asking if it could be exchanged since it was clearly a brand-new purchase. The battery and juice level were both still full, showing it had barely been used. Instead of being treated like a valued, loyal customer, I was immediately met with an aggressive attitude. The employee took the vape from me, blew into it to prove it worked at that moment, and told me it was "made in China" and that it wasn't his problem. I explained that I've been a regular customer for the past year and have never once asked for a replacement or had any complaints. I simply asked if he would honor an exchange this one time. He became increasingly irritated, threw the defective vape aside, grabbed another one, and insisted that I open it and test it in front of him while two other customers stood behind me. The entire interaction made me feel like I was being treated as if I were trying to scam him, when all I wanted was a replacement for a product I had purchased just a couple of hours earlier. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. What stood out most wasn't the defective product--it was the way I was treated. Everyone has bad days, and I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I've never been spoken to or made to feel so humiliated over such a reasonable request. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that another customer even seemed concerned by how I was being treated. Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer for the past year, this experience has convinced me not to return. Customer service matters just as much as the products being sold, and today I felt neither respected nor appreciated.

This Giant on West Trenton Avenue in Morrisville is the same size as its sisters in Lower Makefield…read moreand Langhorne (Newtown), and has more or less the same inventory, but it does feel more dark and dingy than those other stores. When I shop there, the lack of adequate lighting makes it a bit oppressive to spend much time. The absence of the smaller, modern, carts available elsewhere, makes it necessary to use the larger, older and rustier pushers that often have gimpy wheels. While it wouldn't take much to upgrade this commercial space into a more pleasant facility, the company seems to have decided to leave it as it is. Perhaps, their lease is coming to an end, or the revenue from this location does not justify the expenditure. Regardless, aside from the convenience of stopping in here occasionally, I would avoid it and frequent the newer and easier to navigate markets just to the north for the same prices.

Anyone who play the slots in Sunoco, do not go to this Sunoco and waste your hard earned money…read morehere. They clearly are robbing people blind there is no reason in this world these prizes should be this high. Something is very fishy with these machines. I poured about $800.00 bucks between all three machines and truly just to experiment on what it would give back, not one free game spin and not one win over 25 bucks. I've noticed a change in payout, but this is the worst by far. Whoever owns these machines you are a disgrace and should be ashamed of yourselves. This means no one has gotten a progressive spin in weeks. Also another Sunoco in Bensalem, the employee there informed me that it hadn't hit for anything in 7 months. 7 friggin months. What a shame that people are pouring money on these machines and getting nothing in return. Good job Sunoco. Should be ashamed.

Hell, try your luck at a super Walmart somewhere. Step into this Acme if you're willing to accept being screwed over for "convenience."
