A few stools face the street, offering a view of Bordentown's quiet choreography of pedestrians and parked cars. Inside, everything feels intentional and cared for. The staff moved with the calm competence of people who genuinely enjoy what they are doing. I had the sense that if I had stayed an hour or two longer, nobody would have hurried me along.
