The service was horrible overall. I had submitted a service request on the app around 12 noon and I indicated that I was going to be arriving around 6pm. I actually got there around 5:15pm, I checked in at the desk and was put in line. Now the app does say that it doesn't guarantee that you will actually be seen at the time you input for arrival, which is understandable. But the whole reason to submit the request via the app is to be put in line while you arrive at location, now im not expecting to be pulled into the bay at 6 on the dot, but at least close to it. I didn't get a call to drive Into a bay until 8pm at night. Now once in the bay my truck sat there for two hours before any one took a look at it and that was only after I was at the reception desk multiple times asking when some one was going to take a look at my truck. All the while im observing a group of at least 5-6 service techs huddled around chatting it up, not doing anything the whole time. It is now 10pm and the girl at reception had to pull someone from a different area to come look at my truck, only to find out that the part I needed has to be ordered because they don't have that in the shop. At this point I was frustrated, but I was reasonable and understood. I stayed at the lot overnight, now they told me the night before that the place they order the parts from doesn't open until 8am the next day, that as soon as it did they will call order the piece and It wouldn't arrive at the shop until 10am. so im thinking as soon as it arrives im going to be pulled into a bay and get taken care of and be on my way. WRONG!!!! They get the part and tell me that they'll call me in about 30 mins, never happened. I went back and checked every hour on the hour trying to figure out when I was going to get serviced. it wasn't until 4pm in the afternoon that I got a call. once in the bay the tech looks at the part THEY ordered only to find out that the parts shop send the wrong one. And because it was a Saturday after 5pm they wouldn't be able to get the right part until Monday morning. it never occurred to those A**holes to verify that they got the right one as soon as it came in. they would've been able to call the shop and get the right piece sent in before they closed. when I was told this I just walked away got in my truck and drove away. Wasted an entire day just to replace a break chamber. that whole staff are complete incompetent A**HOLES.

They make the drivers all stretch out of their windows when they could easily stand up and just take the tickets. Even worse is the guards here that use a mechanical grabber as if they had a disability other than being lazy. Prices here on everything are inflated sadly they do this because they know truckers don't have many options. Everything here is filthy from the bathrooms to the stores and this includes the terribly paved lot covered in litter. This is probably the worst truck stop on the east coast. Don't come here.
