On my most recent visit to ETB, I had a pistachio latte - made with coconut milk and pistachio syrup and served in a cup rimmed with pistachio cream - which was fantastic! The taste and quality of the beverages - including a variety of organic coffees and tea options ranging from mundane drip coffees to more complex, perfectly executed creations of -cinos and lattes that are available with dairy milk or non-dairy milk alternatives - and the ambiance do come at a price, which are slightly higher than your usual convenience store coffee but in line with the other coffee specialty shops on South Street - but it's worth it to me (as it should be to you) due to the quality of the product and its noble mission. PRO TIP #1: ETB doesn't have a private parking lot, but there is plenty of on-street parking off Speedwell Avenue and Cattano Avenue. Bring change or use the ParkMobile app for the meters ($1 per hour) Monday through Saturday from 8am til 6PM; all street meters are free Monday through Saturday after 6pm and all day on Sunday.
