I've been holding back on writing this review for several years now at this location I never have in the past left any bad reviews about any 7-Eleven's until this one my biggest complaint is to whoever the buyer is they never restock on important items that are 7-Eleven brand they're always out of the hand wipes. They're always out of select products that all the other 7-Eleven's in the area always have and if they run out, they're good about restocking. I'm not sure about this location, but I don't think they're holding up the company very well. read more

I came here solely for the blueberry coffee, but it looks like I should have came a couple of weeks ago. I asked both employees about it, and apparently, they stopped receiving the grounds 2 weeks ago or so. The cashier was really helpful though and told me to check with a larger store. He also said he'd ask about it, so I hope they never discontinue this product. I'm glad he really did look in the back for me and seemed to really care. Either I was blind or I wasn't able to find any Arizonas, but it's okay because I get to try C4 for the first time. I'll have to keep checking around to get my hands on the blueberry flavor again! read more

Not all 7-11 stores are created equal. This is one of the better stores that I have gone to. It is not a new store as you can tell by the floor tiles. Still it looks pretty good inside cause it was above average clean that afternoon I walked in. Service was 5 stars from the woman who assisted me. Based on this experience, I would definitely be a regular at this neighborhood 7-11 store if I lived in the neighborhood. There is an employee here who is always with the worst attitude. HE DISCRIMINATES against disabled people. My family and friends are deaf and whenever they come in he purposely ignores them. they'll point at what they want and he will turn his head down to ignore them until they write down exactly what they want. This employee has glasses and is an older short man. We've been coming to this 7/11 for over 10 years and other employees know and enjoy my family as regular customers. read more

I stopped by a couple minutes after 7pm and the man at the counter said, "I am closed; there is a sign on the door." After apologizing I left the building. There was indeed a sign on the door, written with sharpie on white paper. Doors unlocked, lights on, man standing behind the counter.... sure looked open enough. Very hard to notice a hand made "closed" sign on doors covered in other misc. Papers. The man was rude. I will never shop at his store again. read more

I wish I could give this place a zero. I accidentally had a package shipped here and the owner and workers would refuse to give it to me and denied knowledge of it, even though the girl at the front signed off on it (I have record of this) and I confronted her (Jessi). They told me they returned the package to sender and I contacted to company and this wasn't true. I had to get the police involved and they still wouldn't give me my package!! Turns out THEY HAD IT but had it "locked away" so they wouldn't give it to me. They said they would only release it to the police even though MY NAME IS ON THE PACKAGE. everything about this place is shady and they don't deserve any business. They're lucky I'm not pressing charges for petty theft. read more

The man who has not worn a mask throughout the entire pandemic is a jerk. Despite their being a sign in the window to wear a mask, he does not wear one and he doesn't care if customers come in without masks either. He will cuss you out if you ask him to wear a mask and he will demand you pull down your mask if you're purchasing something that requires ID. The pandemic has been around for over a year and no other business I have been to has ever asked a patron to take off their mask, even when purchasing with ID. Rude, dirty store, and the milk is also always expired. read more

This 7/11 has good nice workers EXCEPT one guy (working now 4/15/19@ 530p)who is always VERY RUDE!! Hes always got a chip on his shoulder & speaks rudely to customers!! He's been like this for a long time now & someone needs to do something about him! He's got ZERO customer service & appears to hate his job by his ongoing bad attitude. I'm always put back at how unprofessional he is. All other workers there are nice & engaging, but he's beyond rude & talks down to people. He REALLY needs to go!!! I live very close, but I will take my business elsewhere if he doesn't get the boot or change his tune REAL quick like. Hes definitely ruining ur business!! read more

I love 7 elevens because they always feel so good in there especially on a hot day. Slurpees are always yummy and station for fountain soda and Slurpees were clean. The workers were nice as well. I didn't seem to have much of a problem here I probably will be coming back. read more
