They have ample polls to lock up your bike outside and you better do so! There were some suspicious people hanging outside smoking who I later saw pushing shopping carts from Ralphs on the trail. One guy was pushing a bicycle--don't let that be yours. Irvine today is not the Irvine of 10 years ago! Lock up! Anyway on the receipt it says "7-Eleven". But it does not say 7-Eleven on the front. It just says Food Mart. But as long as they have Cold Perrier they can call themselves anything--I don't care. Employees here were friendly and wished me well. It's also a Shell gas station--a brand I do not use.

I made it clear after that I did not want to be touched, and that boundary should not need to be stated at all. I was simply trying to make my purchase and leave, not deal with behavior that crossed professional boundaries. Customer service should be respectful and focused on assisting shoppers, not creating discomfort. After reading other reviews mentioning rudeness, inappropriate behavior, and similar issues, it seems this may be a pattern. Management seriously needs to address staff conduct and training, because this type of behavior is unacceptable in any establishment.

some good, some so-so, as well as a few REALLY rude and hostile employees here! one of them even looked like bearded members of Al Qaeda and ISIS actually, although now he's shaved after being told about it by some customers! i think legal authorities should take a look into this place, i mean it! if you don't like rude people especially as store clerks treating people in an unfriendly manner, simply AVOID this spot! Be careful with this store!! They cheat customers. I just bought a 3 for $3 deal but they ringed me up full price $1.49 a piece total was $4.47 then just give me $.78 discount. That was not $3! Then I asked him why advertised 3 for $3 but ended with $3.69, he told me it was tax, then I pointed to him there's tax charged at the bottom, then he asked me why did happen?
