Okay, so here is my experience on night shift and shopping at this 7-11...... I have gone in multiple nights and found a few things that I find troubling: 1. There seems to be a disconnect between expectations of night shift there compared to day shifts 2. There is little to no hot foods at night, whether that is taquitos, pizza, or chicken on a stick 3. No one on nights seems to know where these items are, to cook for people who work nights, and want a quick bite when Taco Bell is closed 4. There seems to be a lack of experience of the individuals who work there at night 5. I had to explain to the guy working tonight on how to load the cheese into the nacho dispenser, and even then, he didn't seem to know where the nacho cheese is located 6. Last but not least, I have also gone in at night, and saw barely any worker wearing a mask during the pandemic, if anyone is wearing one, it is below their nose, and barely covering their mouth Overall 2 stars because they seem to keep the coolers stocked, but there seems to be a training issue that should be rectified if they want customers to keep returning. I should not be teaching a 7-11 employee how to stock cheese in a nacho dispenser. This store is subpar at best. read more

I want to make another bad review for this 7-eleven location as I already have and keep having issues just trying to buy REDBULL from here, went in this morning at 12:45a to get 3 redbulls cause there's a 3 for 9 deal on them the lady at the front scanned all three redbulls and said 11.49 (pretty sure the price) and my partner had politely told her that there was a deal for them she asked what the deal was and he repeated the deal to her, she aggressively responded and said "well put your number in" but she didn't even let the prompt pop up on the screen for longer than 2 seconds when it did, he replied and said that she didn't allow him enough time to put his number in, she re-submitted the prompt and he put his number in (even though you don't need your number for the deal) and it was deal price and she glares at him and very rudely said "well is that better" in a very aggravating tone, he responded like a smartass back and told her that it was. We used to love this location but it is so poor now.... and there's always half smoked joints in the ash tray as well which is very not allowed coming from an irritated stoner read more

I guess free slurpee day isn't real. At this location, it's free slurpee hour. I got here at 10pm, and they posted a sign saying it ended. Nothing on 7-11 site says that, so these guys just made it up. 7-11 has just my business read more

This review us for Feb. 3, 2024 at 2:30pm 5 STARS Walked into a clean, orderly store, with well presented/merchandised inventory. Things were well stocked including the fridge and hot food. The coffee section gave me heart eyes they had everything clean, in stock, and had plenty of extras for your drink - spices, syrups, marshmallows, even those little caffeine shots you never see anymore! The friendliness left a little to be desired but they weren't rude. I'm guessing this lady with the glasses may have been tired bc it was just her there by herself and she was running 2 registers at the same time A smile would have been nice or even a "welcome in", but she doesn't lose any stars with me! This has to be one of the worst run stores. They are constantly out of stuff such as coffee cups or creamer, or the coffee is not made for what ever reason. Why do people even go to this store? The person this morning refused to sell an Extra Large cup of coffee that was only 2/3 full because they did not have any large coffee cups. " We are out" surprise, surprise. After my complaining of him charging me for an Extra Large cup with only about or less than the amount of a Large Cup he took the cup and told me to get the hell out of his store. Not going to that 7-Eleven anymore, and I will tell everyone not to go to that store. read more

nice to see a new gas/convenience store in this growing area. store was clean and workers were very friendly. I got a buzzballz and my son got a slurpee. I specifically went in just to see if they had buzzballz and they did - yay! haha. random fact you prob didn't know: buzzballz bounce! just don't bounce them on the metal part. read more

I made a huge mistake. $170 at Pottery Barn. $220 at REI. Many smaller PayPal transactions amounting to around $1000. That was the price of assuming that the gas station side of this 7-Eleven would operate without issue. It was the middle of my work week, the end of election week, and I was tired. I'll be honest, part of the reason I came back to this location on a Thursday night was to see if I could witness Toby announcing his pick for president as he asked some poor stranger for a date. It didn't seem that far out of character. I thought if I drew a smiling face on a balloon, wrapped it in a scarf and stuck an "I Voted" sticker on it then I could expect a mixed political and romantic response from him if I bounced it through the door. Unfortunately, my plan to sneak a peek at the bright and bold energy behind the counter inside was eclipsed by the theft of my credit card information outside. When I got home one of my first thoughts was, "didn't I fill my tank more than this?" And soon after, "why is my credit card company emailing me about suspicious activity?" Mega bummer. Deflated, I began the process of freezing my account and flagging every transaction after Toby o'clock as fraudulent. I was supposed to be on the couch, snacking and watching The Queen's Gambit. I bet the person who stole my info and spent my money feels alone just like the girl in that show. I bet they feel orphaned by their two parents Decency and Morality, and they're probably addicted to Shame. Like some kind of 9 year old savant, they're rattling away at the keys on their Acer ordering pillows and bath sheets and ice picks and Nalgene bottles in their favorite colors... And forcing me to bring my rating of this establishment to a new low. If it turns out a real 9 year old savant finally hacked my hotmail account and stole my credit card info that way, I take it all back. read more

It's getting better again. Still a lack of respect among the crew, along with irregular management. Night shift is out of control, but the owner seems to be keeping it well situated. The 7-Eleven is kept up well when it comes to cleanliness, the bathrooms are good, but the Men's restroom has a broken toilet paper holder, but it doesn't effect function too much. Could be a lot worse. Prices can be excessive but the 7Rewards program does get you pretty good deals. Definitely the best 7-Eleven in town but certainly not something to be ama read more

I work in one of the building in the parking lot over night and these people close there pumps EVERY NIGHT ! there's a lady with glasses that works at the cash register and she is the most laziest thing I've come across in awhile ...I can pump my own gas just turn the pumps on ...or idk ...come outside and do your dam job read more

They never have an attendant to pump gas. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house so ends up being where I stop as a last resort.

The 7-11 employee this morning, laughed at me for waiting for an attendant to come pump gas. He said "it was hilarious watching you wait out there for ten minute, I thought you'd get the hint when no one came out" Worst customer service I have ever seen at an establishment. The other employee wouldn't stop counting his inventory to even look me in the eye. Then said "I'm going to get back to doing my fucking job" when I asked if he was available to pump gas. Ive tried a number of times to go to this location, as it's the most convenient, and had poor or less than poor service every time. I will not be going back to this 7-11 again. No attendant on duty... again. This has happened to me multiple times. You are better of going to Chevron or Shell in North Plains or Fred Meyer at Cornelius Pass. It's disappointing because of this location's convenience but, it isn't really convenient if there is no attendant working. Unfortunately, Oregon doesn't allow self serve but even if that were to change I'm not sure I would go back to this business. read more
