I told her no I already payed girl and the cashier with glasses said "She already payed do you not listen?" Which had my friend in aw. We were treated awfully, as a person who works in customer service myself I was in shock. No one should ever treat anyone with the disrespect this woman gave us. Customer service sent a second set of holders through the same service (Lonestar Overnight) that lost the first one. According to Lonestar tracking the package has been in Plano Texas since 11/29. 12/3 after contacting WS customer service I am told the candleholders are no longer available but I can go to one of about 70 stores that still might have stock. None of those stores are within 50 miles of where I live.

I was in a pinch and something wasn't normal about my vehicle and I found these guys online and…read moretowed my vehicle off not knowing anything about this business, but they took me right in and treated me like I was family and told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle, including things that weren't part of my concern but red flags in their eyes because of safety concerns...... which in my eyes is incredibly admirable for them to look above and beyond the problem at hand and not try to upsell me but just let me Like a friend would do. they knew I didn't live in the area and then I was just passing by, but they provided service to me as if I was their top customer. They knew they would probably never see me again, but they still took me in as top priority as they fixed my vehicle, which by the way ran as good as it did the day I bought that vehicle after they were finished. It feels crazy to say that I feel so lucky that my vehicle broke down in Phelps, New York, and then I found a place that could tow my broken vehicle to a destination where it would be fixed to completion within hours...... it feels like a story my parents would've told me about "back in the day", but I literally experienced it within my lifetime. Throughout my wait, they offered to buy me lunch and they let me sit and watch my vehicle being fixed. In the middle of I discovered they had the nicest little bathroom I have ever been in. Luckily for me, Brotz Automotive has proven to be a trustworthy and reliable auto shop, where I now go for every oil change when any service light comes on, and routine maintenance. They have always been very friendly and helpful. If they find a problem I didn't know about, I trust them because they take me in and show me, then recommend where I can go for a second opinion. They let me know how serious a problem is, so I can decide if it's a priority or not. The prices are great and I strongly recommend this place, especially if you're used to "the other guys" who just try to take advantage of your naivety (if applicable.)
