Not only did this happen, as we were waiting to figure out what to do my son threw up all over himself in the van. This is a 34° day and it was windy as hell. So I go inside to buy paper towels and baby wipes to clean him up. I tell the cashier what happened and he says we are more than welcome to wait inside in the warm. He then gives us hot chocolate, loans me a charger for my phone, and also loans my son his Switch to play to keep him busy. This cashier rocks in the customer service aspect. Made such a terrible day much better just by being kind to a mother and her three sons. I will definitely be coming back to this place on my travels though the area.

These guys towed my car after an accident in the area. The tow truck driver was very professional…read moreand courteous. I was hundreds of miles from home, so the driver let me ride with him to the shop. Upon arrival, they allowed me to use their facilities, charge my phone, and sit inside the waiting area while I called the insurance company. Everybody in the shop, from the owners to the customers, were very helpful and polite. Every time I had a question for the insurance claim, several people would offer an answer! After several hours on the phone with insurance in their lobby, I finally had a rental car, but no way to get to it. The owner heard me on the phone with a taxi company that was going to charge me $60 for a ride. He offered me a ride with one of the employees, instead. Awesome, good people with that good old sense of helping people out when they are in a bad situation. Thank you.

I left the store but immediately returned and demanded that they take my returns. I was mistreated by the "cook", he was wearing a hat with tomatoes on it. He didn't like that I demanded that the Manager issue me a refund. He was extremely rude, telling me to take my cans to a different shop, etc. The manager told him to go to the back, but he continued to interject his displeasure. The Manager told me to take my cans to Shurfine even though I purchased these drinks from 7 Eleven. I had just come from Walmart, and the can return there would not take them because---I bought them at 7 Eleven!!! I don't expect to be mistreated like this, and basically it's unacceptable.

They have everything you could need: Gas, ice, beer, propane, sandwiches, big gulps, coffee, and more...... Usually a line of folks at the register, so expect to wait 2-3 people deep, every time.
