I went there for some taquitos. I tried a new one honey chipotle, which isn't that great I had a taco and cheese, which was OK. I do miss their jalapeño cheese taquitos. I don't see anymore. There's also buffalo chicken as an option. I went to get my son cherry float. I did not see the 20 ounce in the cooler so I asked them if there was any in the back and she pulled one out, that was nice and cold. I did get a blue raspberry slushy, which was good. There is a sign on the machine unfortunately they're charging you $.25 if you want a cup with water, which I think is crazy, but that was the only negative thing. read more

What is up with all the cigarette breaks, associates staring at their phones or other technology while a customer is waiting at the counter for well over a minute? It's rude & inconsiderate. The store only looks clean when a certain associate is working, other than that it looks like a 5 year old spilled soda all over the place & nobody wants to clean it up. read more

We just needed quick close to hotel food. I can't speak for the English muffin on my sandwich or hers because we didn't eat them haha. The sausage , eggs, and cheese were edible. I will say that I was actually a bit disappointed in the limited number of snack types at the store. When you walk in, the entire left side of the store appears to be various squishy items, blind boxes, and other toys, while the right side of the store is more snack-related. Having been to a lot of international snack stores and markets, what was available at the Exotic Snack Factory seemed kind of generic? Like, Hi Chews, Pringles, Kit Kats, Chips are great... but I can get them most anywhere. I wanted more interesting items and was let down by what was available on the snack side of things. Don't get me wrong, it's fun to visit and if I need to find Rolife Super Creator models or, I guess, knockoff Labubus? I'll come here. As far as snacks go though, this place was a miss for me. TL;DR Service was nice, store was clean, but not what I was hoping for from something pitched as a "Snack Factory". Not expecting to return.
